LAUNCHING TONIGHT!

Hey all! Great news! We're launching tonight at midnight (mountain time)! We couldn't be more thankful to have such wonderful people so excited to play our game, and we want to extend our deepest gratitude for being so patient and understanding. Making a game is hard work, but the response from you all has made it the most rewarding experience we've ever had. So thank you and we will see you all online! Or not if you're hiding too well!

Another announcement!

That's two in two days! Our engineer (yeah, we only have one on the game right now) has solved the password bug! The other thing that's been taking so long is when we make changes it takes a week for Steam to get back to us. We're hoping our next build makes it through Steam's testing process and they give us access to the "Publish" button, so we're trying to fix as much as possible before sending it in so there's less of a chance they'll say no. There's an issue with the rematch functionality, and we're working on it, but we wanted to let you know that we're making progress!

Passwords

Hey there, friends! We tested out a new build yesterday and got our lobbies working! There's just one last thing we're working on now. It's a priority for us to make sure that you can play this with friends, so we are adding passwords to lobbies. You don't have to use them, but we have used them in other games to make sure we play with the people we want to play with. We are currently working on getting those in, and once they are we'll be able to submit what we hope will be our final build! Thanks for hanging in there and we'll see you hiding and seeking soon!

Dev Update!

Hey all, sorry we've been silent for so long! We've just submitted another build to Steam. Since the Steam servers are having a hard time with the Summer Sale going on right now, we're not sure if this one will work for them or not - but it worked for us yesterday so it should! As soon as we know anything more, we'll comment on this thread!

News!

We've heard back from Valve! We're working with them now to make sure everything is ready to go before we submit another build for review. We're making forward progress and we're super excited!

Lobby Creation

We think we have found the root of the problem! Since our game is going to be Free to Play, online lobby creation is not automatically enable for us. We have reached out to Valve requesting that they enable that for us, and are now waiting for a response. If anybody reading this knows somebody at Valve, see if they can help us! Latest on the game

Hey there, everybody! Just a quick little update to keep you informed as to what is happening with us. As many of you may know, we are a student team. The end of the semester was crazy busy with our thesis defense (this game) and graduation. We have been doing our best to keep this thing moving forward, and we finally got a response from Epic Games and are in communication with them about how to fix the incompatibility issue. It's going to take some time to coordinate with them and then resubmit to Steam, but we'll keep you posted! Thanks for being here!

Fixes Incoming

We got our build review back from Steam! They found a few areas that we need to fix before we can launch the game, so we will be working as hard as we can to get those in and get the game to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your continued patience and support!
