We are already 10 years old. It is a very important and serious milestone. Over the past decade we have come a long, thorny and very interesting way. We are pleased to announce that we have installed the patch 0.9.2528 for Hired Ops.
List of changes: Technical:
Optimization of network code, traffic reduction.
Increasing the packet sending tickrate between client and server.
Economic:
All Common contracts now cost 100 CR instead of 1300-2200 CR, but as a reward you will no longer receive containers. you will receive 1500 CR instead of 1300-2200 CR, while the rest of the awards will be for reputation and class experience as before.
Balance:
"Shadow training" has been weakened, now the volume of steps is reduced to a maximum of 50% instead of 60%.
Flechette ammunition's scattering angle has been changed from -25% to -10%.
The strength of adaptive armor plates of the scout has been reduced from 2 points of damage per 1 point of armor to 1.5 point of damage per 1 point of armor.

We are pleased to announce that we have installed a patch for #HiredOps.
List of changes: In TC mode, the protection of the respawn zone ceases to apply to a player if he has gained a kill after a respawn.
Added kick conditions for inactivity: - if a player does not respawn for longer than 40 seconds. - if a player is respawned and has been in the respawn protection zone for longer than 40 seconds.
Performance has been improved and should be especially noticeable on weak PCs.

Browning automatic rifle (BAR) - HCAR

In one of the updates, with the next operation, you will find new weapons, a modern rework of the Browning automatic rifle (BAR) - HCAR. The operator "Destroyer" will have this weapon. Heavy weight and low rate of fire are more than compensated by the powerful cartridge and excellent automatic fire control. We have compiled a list of questions that many of you have been asking us about so we answered most of your commonly asked questions. If you have more questions, please, comment below, and we will address them. Enjoy!
Are there any plans to balance matchmaking? We want to divide the players into smaller groups of 0-10, 10-20, 20-40, 40-60, and so on, as well as introduce a ranked system.
Do you plan to add bots to the game at any time? We admit the likelihood of their appearance sooner or later, but it is definitely too early to talk about when they would appear.
How many players are required in a particular region to open a new server? There is a requirement of about 100-200 players to open a new server.
Are there any plans to improve the current activities? Yes, we plan to improve the current activities but we have no details as of now.
Do you have any plans to rework your current skill set? It's too early to talk about it, we haven't received enough feedback yet to indicate the need to rework the skills.
Are there any plans for balancing/reworking weapons? Of course, we do it all the time and do not plan on stopping any time soon.
Will you be adding larger maps in the future? Maybe in the future, but before that, we would like to add some medium and small maps.
There is no balance in the purchase menu, will there be any changes? There will be changes to it, and the more feedback you send, the faster we will respond to it.
Can we have horizontal recoils? We can, but why do you wish to see this?
If you don't have enough player base, why would you create a clan system? The clan system will bring new activities that were asked about above and will allow players to work together on a common goal, we think this will rally the community into small active groups which benefit the player base.
Why is the FPS limited to 120? Technical necessity, in the future we will remove this limitation or increase it.
When can we create our own game? We do not plan to add this functionality.
Will you implement a calendar reward system? Possibly, we have no details on one yet but we may in the future.
Is there any other way to get the M4 variant after Operation Hellfire? Later we will add the variant for purchase in the premium store.
Is there a chance to redesign the existing crate system? Yes, there will likely be a redesign to it.
Will there be a server for South America? We will study the demand and then make a decision, if there are many active players, then definitely, yes.
When will you start promoting the game more? What is being done for this? This autumn we plan to start promoting the game much more than we have been. Stay tuned for more on this.
What are your plans for the future? Reworking the global meta-economy, adding a ranked system, adding a clan system, reworking the achievement system, reworking and improving current game modes, adding new game modes, releasing new maps, and more.
