Hi everyone, we are happy to inform you that today we released a major Hired Ops update. The key changes in this patch are the addition of global class leveling, which allows you to improve and develop certain skills of your operatives and create unique builds that match your playstyle.
Also, the combat shop and in-game economy were completely reworked - you no longer have to buy passive skills to get access to combat devices, improvements and explosives, all this is available from the very beginning of the match, We tried to leave only useful equipment in combat shop, the correct choice of which can decide the outcome of the match.
The third major change in this update is a change to the TTK, changes to the balance, and rework of the recoil of all weapons. Increased damage and making the recoil more controlled had a positive effect on the number of shots and the time needed to kill the enemy. We have also worked to improve interaction with weapons: reloading, aiming, starting and killing the sprint, the behavior of weapons in the hands, all this is improved in this update.
In addition to the above, a very large amount of work has been done to improve various aspects of the game, such as:
the convenience of the main menu interfaces
improved graphics - added a new type of full-screen anti-aliasing to the settings-TAA
improved network code and optimization

Fixes: - Fixed desync issue that was caused by a difference between your position on the client from your position on the server, so you couldn't kill other players. - Fixed a desynch of getting damage, which sometimes caused you to see that you were killed with 1 bullet, not with a headshot. - Minor improvements to the main menu UI.
Hotfix
We uploaded a hotfix to Steam, which was designed to eliminate a bug due to which players could not see each other on the server. To install the update you need to restart the game.

The new 2020 year is near, and we want to inform you that New Year event is starting today in Hired Ops: every day until January 7, each player will be given a special contract, by completing which he will receive a holiday container with unique rewards - 13 weapon mods and 7 weapon camouflages (you can get only one of them per day).
In addition, we have installed a patch that we hope will delight you!
List of changes:
physics optimization: significant performance improvement on full servers;
the transition to an updated version of Unity: improved optimization and got new opportunities for further improving the game in subsequent patches;
redesign of the main menu: one level of indepth has been removed, customization and switching between operators will now be more convenient;
Addition of Barter: Now you have an opportunity to exchange duplicates or unnecessary items from your inventory for containers or other items;
a new weapon has been added to the game: Shotgun Fabarm PSS 10, it is available from the 8th level of the destroyer and stormtrooper;
changes in jumps: the range and height of the jumps are reduced, the dependence of the range and height of jumps on the direction is added - the jump back or to the side is now shorter and lower than the jump forward.
