The May Content Schedule for HITMAN includes all of the live content that will be added to the game during May 2017. May marks the 14th consecutive month of new content releases into the game and we're excited to announce exactly what's in store for all of our players this month.
Back in April, we announced that we were moving to a monthly release schedule for our April Content, meaning that all of the live content would arrive on one date. We're doing the same for May.
This Friday 5th May, we will release an entire month's worth of live content and you'll be able to enjoy it in whatever order you like. You might already know, but it's worth pointing out that Elusive Targets are time-limited and will only be available in game for the duration noted in the schedule itself.

HITMAN Game Update
Heads up!
Here's an updated post with the short release notes for HITMAN's 1.10.1 update:
The next game update for HITMAN is a minor update for PC and some data optimisation for all platforms. Whilst all platforms will be affected by a maintenance period, only PC users will need to download an update. This update will be represented in game as 1.10.1.
Once the maintenance period is over, a new Escalation Contract in Bangkok will be released, as per the March Content Schedule.
1.10.1 Release Timings
The 1.10.1 update for HITMAN releases worldwide across Windows PC and Linux on March 30th 2017.
The update will arrive for all players between 8am and 12pm UTC, alongside a maintenance period during the same time-frame. We expect the download size on PC to be approximately 350mb.
1.10.1 Release Notes
Simplified Chinese Language Optimisation We've made improvements to the Simplified Chinese Language options, including localisation of the initial game boot options.
The Adrian Eclipse Escalation Contract After identifying an issue that could cause players to fail this contract after successfully completing it, we've removed this contract from the 'Featured' menu and 'Destinations' menu.
This issue was caused by the 'Sticky Pistol' complication that remains active during the ending cinematic. In a future update, we will implement a permanent fix for this issue and restore the contract.
March Update Includes Chinese Language Support
The HITMAN March Update adds Chinese Language Support and other game improvements - as well as some general fixes. The update is available to download now and weighs in at approximately 1GB for PC.
After a short maintenance period, starting at 9am UTC, here's what you expect to have changed in the 1.10 update.
Simplified Chinese Language Support
We've added full menu and subtitle support for Simplified Chinese on PC.
Performance
We've fixed some rare issues that could cause the game to crash or be unstable.
Missing Exits
We've fixed an issue that could prevent exit points from appearing after killing the target(s).
Paris Suspend
We've fixed an issue that could cause guards and targets in Paris to suspend their routines, after specific player actions.
Subdue Prompt
We've fixed an issue that could cause the 'subdue' prompt to disappear when an NPC is picking up an item or when they are close to a wall.
Scoring Adjustment
We've fixed an issue where the 'Never Spotted' bonus was not awarded in certain cases.
Sapienza Lab
We've fixed an issue that could cause 47 to be 'spotted' in the Sapienza Lab, even whilst 'blending in'.
Hokkaido Landscape
We've fixed a rare issue that could cause 47 to fall 'out of world' in Hokkaido.
Contracts Search Favourites
The Contract Tile now displays an icon to show whether that contract has been added to 'My Favorites'
Sticky Pistol (Escalation)
We've fixed an issue where the 'Sticky Pistol' countdown would expire, despite 47 having the pistol equipped on a ledge.
The Incarnation Non-Accident
We've fixed an issue in the 'Meiko Incarnation' Escalation where dumping an NPC in a specific area would not result in an accident kill.
Disappearing Act
We've fixed an issue that could cause a holstered large weapon to be lost when activating the diorama in Paris.
Fire Safety
We've fixed an issue that could cause NPC's to teleport away when they are burning.
HDR Launcher
We've fixed an issue where the 'HDR' option could not be enabled in the game's launcher on AMD cards.
Sun Spots (HDR)
We've fixed an issue that could cause black pixels to appear around bright light sources when HDR is enabled.
Additional
We've also fixed other minor issues involving AI dialogue, audio and VO consistency, escalation completion marks and we've slightly reworded some menu text to make it more consistent.
What's Next?
The March Content Schedule shows everything planned for HITMAN in March.
Please make sure to read the small print - the dates in brackets clarify what dates are included in each week, and not necessarily when the specific contract/target will be available in the game.

Professional Difficulty Level, arrives on Jan 31st
We are very happy to announce a new difficulty level, which will be released for all HITMAN players as part of the free 'January Update' with the disc launch on January 31st.
Professional Difficulty Level offers extended replayability, new game features, a separate mastery track with unique rewards, tweaked game mechanics and new AI behaviour that combine to create an entirely new experience for all players, whether they’re looking to test themselves in a more challenging environment or earn bragging rights at the top of the leaderboards, which are now separated between difficulty levels.
Professional Difficulty Level can be selected for all Story missions in Season One, excluding the Prologue. To unlock this new difficulty level, you will need to reach Mastery Level 20 for each location. As a clear example; reaching Mastery Level 20 on Paris will unlock Professional Difficulty Level on Paris. Our ‘live content’ such as Elusive Targets and Escalation Contracts will only be available on the default difficulty level, which we are now calling Normal Difficulty Level.
Full release notes for the January Update will be published before the update arrives on January 31st, the same date that HITMAN - The Complete First Season is available on disc.
When you select Professional Difficulty Level, here’s what you can expect to be different:
