HSHS will undergo a server maintenance on July 21st, 2022 from 13:30 - 17:00 (+7 GMT) to fix any issues and update the game.
The following change in schedule is detailed as follow:
System Improvements
- Added a symbol for The Rigger's reticle
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where players were getting banned when escaping in spirit form after quitting the game
- Fixed a bug where The Rigger's skill ""Snip Snip"" doesn't deal damage
- Fixed a bug where Manop's remaining HP is not being correctly displayed
- Fixed a bug where Chan can see color
- Fixed a bug where the Black Mask clips through Manop's face
- Fixed a bug where the skin equipped doesn't match what's shown in the mirror
The bugs mentioned will be patched on July 21rd, 2022 after the server has shutdown. - แก้ไขผู้เล่นออกเกมในขณะที่เป็นวิญญาณแล้วถูกช่วยให้ได้ออกประตูนิวรณ์ไปแล้วแต่ถูกแบน
- แก้ไขบัคทักษะฉับ ฉับ (Snip Snip ) เดอะริกเกอร์ไม่ได้รับความเสียหาย

เรื่อง ปิดปรับปรุงร้านค้าเครื่องประดับของผู้คุม
ทีมงานจะทำการปิดปรับปรุงร้านค้าเครื่องประดับของผู้คุมในแพทช์ 57 โดยนำเครื่องประดับทุกชนิดของผู้คุมออกจากร้านค้าขายตรง เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบร้านค้าให้รองรับการใส่เครื่องประดับเฉพาะส่วนของผู้คุมแต่ละตัว หากระบบดังกล่าวเสร็จสมบูรณ์ทีมงานจะแจ้งให้ผู้เล่นทุกท่านทราบอีกครั้ง ทั้งนี้เครื่องประดับของผู้คุมที่อยู่ในคลังของผู้เล่นจะยังคงอยู่ตามเดิม

Bug Fixes
- Fixed how Chan works to reduce the server's rubber banding issue
- Fixed incorrect items being displayed when previewing Horror Pass rewards
- Fixed a bug where Chan executes a Visitor with his active and does not receive the effects of Serial Killer

Temporarily shutting down 2 servers
We would like to announce that Home Sweet Home: Survive will be temporarily shutting down 2 servers on the 11th of August 2022. The servers that will be shutting down are:
- EU Frankfurt
- NA Oregon
We are getting ready to shut down Open Beta 2 and beginning our Full Release. The team is currently moving the data center and updating new content into the game for the Full Release. Upon completion within, the end of 2022 we will be opening up all our servers again while adding a South America server.
Players playing on the servers mentioned above may keep playing until the specified shut down date.
