Day-one patch additions and fixes:

Additions:

-Added 10 more levels, totalling 30 levels.
-Added a shop which allows players to purchase extra lives at 15 coins per life.
-Introduced moving platforms.
-Introduced a new evil shape!

Improvements:
- Press space to restart the level when dead.

Fixes:
- Some reports of lives resetting to 1 when transitioning levels, this should be fixed.
- Some reports of level select not displaying the levels the player has unlocked, this should be fixed.
