UPDATE: new update is progressing but taking a min...

Hey guys hope you are having an awesome weekend, two weeks have went by and im still working on the next update its rather big in comparison to the other updates im trying to get alot of things out the gate:

Updating character movement (some animations are a bit hideous lol)
Overhauling the combat mechanics for the player
Opening up new areas (survivor areas, boss areas etc)
Adding UI enhancements (tutorial UI at beginning, better UI animations etc)
Inserting "magic" for player and how that fits the overall story
Add more interactive NPC's (roaming, dying, dialogue etc)


and those are just the major ones so definitely a big update! I probably wont get all these in the next update but these are the main focus before jumping into AI overall and opening the rest of the areas for the game...after that is will just be fixes and touch ups + bug fixes that come along with the updates and soon a full release!! dont forget to join the discord(like on the main page) if you are experiencing any problem what so ever!

Re-Spark 0.4 is RELEASED!

Hey good people!, so a uploaded a release last night that bring about new features that I have been working on while taking care of the new trailer and a few platform submissions!. This update bring new feature needed for quality of life and overall better experience for the players.

Here is whats new:


  • NEW Save System intergration and loading! (supports one profile save atm)
  • NEW mini-boss area unlocked
  • Added new NPC's (first step in leading the player where he needs to go without directly making him/her go)
  • Switched to rendering system for a performance boost

Missed an update cycle, Next update this Friday

Hey guys! sorry i missed this fridays update, had some computer problems and couldnt ipen up my game map, and I have been focused on making sure things like the save system works as I am gearing up for ID@Xbox submission.

This current update, the things im focusing on:


  • A save system and save points for the game as it is currently.
  • A new Boss-like area ( this is a W.I.P. but should convey what it needs to)
  • More NPC's they are important for story and context so always talk to them when you can!.
  • A new Cave progressing one of the main objectives!.



There might be some miscellaneous fixes and addition in there, and of course im always improving and tweaking combat and AI..

Spark 0.3.6 Is Live!!!!

Hey guys this is a quick update of some work i did thru out the week!, I was mainly focused on a new trailer for the game that i will be uploading soon (destroys my old trailer by far, im kind of a beast at cinematic trailers now lol)


Update includes the following:

- Sword not being able to be equipped
- Edit the cemetery to be more aligned with vision ( combat are lock-down until all enemies are killed)
- First enemy encounter the enemy wasn't taking damage again, fixed, and they are dying like nobodies business.

Small update but important!, Like I mentioned above the new trailer will be updated on the game page this week along with on the YouTube channel for the studio

Spark 0.3.5 Going live this weekend!

Hey guys new update going live later today if not tomorrow morning. In this update several bug and fixes have been hammered out, thanks to @Dwunkypengy and @Vi6six for reporting bugs in this release!

A few Highlights:

UI updates (button in epilogue could be manipulated, breaking the game
Consistent font in dialog
Fixed animation sliding when equipping rifle
Shooting while not aiming has been fixed
Fixed player being able to get stuck in pause menu
Made interaction text consistent across of interactables also, changes automatically based on platform (future proof)

Re-Spark 0.3 RELEASED!

Hey all!, so the new 1.0 version is live! (0.3 if we are counting previous updates)
Alot has changed with this game including:

NOTE: dont forget to join the DISCORD (W.I.P)


  • Switch to 3rd-person gameplay.
  • Added rifle gameplay (placeholder for unqiue weapon coming down the line).
  • Added better dialog visuals and dialog characters.
  • Increased visual fidelity of the game.
  • Added sword combat (this is gun mechanics are still W.I.P).
  • Added basic enemies that can attack close and long range.
  • Notes and recordings added to build lore.
  • Restructured the maze layout to allow for more secret cuts and changes coming down the road.
  • lots of bug fixes and changes overall.


Somethings are missing that i felt could be held off this update, but will show up the next 1 or 2 updates along with whats coming in the future:

Save system.
menu options (alot works, alot doesnt).
More dialog characters, notes and recording that shed light on the story.
More NPC's to fill out safe and non-safe areas.
Better dynamic changes in the crypt.
Better enemy combat (more challenging)
More Area to explore, More Enemies to fight, More story to unfold! MORE MORE MORE!!!!......

My return and kicking into high gear!

Hey guys! so im back and ready to get kicking! Last year was really rough and i had to take care of business before getting back to development. These last few months I've been Restructuring the game to my original vision when i first envisioned it. That means a 3rd-person action game with story elements, and so far I have got the base down for you guys to experience. The combat is a bit rough as of now, and i will be tweaking that over the time we are in early access.

What can you look forward to?

Weekly (bi-weekly at the latest) updates and fixes.
Ear to the community, if something is requested, and it aligns with the vision of the project it will be heavily considered, if not implemented.


IMPORTANT: a new version of the game along with full patch notes will be dropping either today (5/10/2019) or tomorrow at the latest.
I'll also be lowering the price a few bucks until the game is at a place that is worth its asking price in my eyes.


As I stated before, I am committed to my projects that I start, and want to finish them and hopefully provide some fun for players. Along with updating the game I've updated the store page to reflect the current version of the game, and will soon have a new trailer.

My absence and my return

Hey guys ,

Let me first start out by saying sorry for disappearing on you guys who were awesome enough to buy the game as it currently stands!. Right when i release the game life had hit me and the family pretty hard leading me to have to sell along of my belongings including the computer i built to develop with. Then I had to return to work to make sure we didnt end up on the streets lol so long story short these last 5+ months have been hard and upsetting as its the time frame i want for the game to be complete or at the very least, more feature complete.

The good news is im am back and working harder than ever to bring my vision for this game to fruition. First thing is im rebuilding the game almost from scratch and creating it in the way i envisioned the first time with 3rd person action in mind as well as more detailed and engaging lore and mechanics to make the game fun and hopefully challenging. This will probably take a month or two, so keep an eye out on social media for updates.

The last thing is I will be lowering the price of the game until i have implemented what i wanted and am satisfied with the overall game.

With the amount of games (good and terrible) being released on steam I hope i haven't lost you guys and hope to gain even more for the community with future updates of the game!.
