Version 0.10.0.14 is Available for Playtest and Demo!

We are glad to announce that the newest 0.10.0.14 update is already available for both playtest and the demo! Here's a list of changes:
CONTENT
A rogue group of Survivors has been spotted hoarding Christmas decorations and hats, so these can no longer be found roaming the wastelands.
After numerous reports of finger injuries due to furious mouse clicking to skip our most extensive dialogs, we have offered our Survivors a free seminar on “How to keep it short and get to the darn point.” Although we’re pretty sure Pyro was paying more attention to how flammable the curtains looked while everyone else took the hint.
UI IMPROVEMENTS
Upon reaching one of our vehicle combat levels you’ll now be prompted with a choice of preferred driving keybinds, so, hopefully, we’ll see less traffic collisions and our car insurance company will pick up our calls again someday.
The “Kill’o’meter” has been simplified and will now directly display your XP gains and the percentage of experience achieved towards your next level up.
BUG FIXES & OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
Countless bugs have been squashed in the making of this patch, although we found a few new ones crawling under a tree.
Tabbing out of the game will now properly pause the game instead of continuing to chug memory resources.
Several rendering improvements have been made and should improve the game’s overall stability.
The update is already available for download! Try restarting your Steam client or verifying game's cache in case you didn't get the download yet.

We are excited to announce that we are launching Steam Playtest for HordeCore! Steam Playtest is a new feature that'll allow you to participate in the testing of our game completely free! You'll get access to early builds and will be able to leave feedback directly to us, the developers!
A quick reminder about the game: HordeCore is an action side-scroller set in a post-apocalyptic world. Collect unique survivors and strategically pick your team of apocalypse-hardened characters to fight through the unprecedented number of living dead trying to get your brains for a snack. Keep your base camp safe and develop your defenses while growing a community of bad-asses that you can command into the constant fight for survival. Explore the wastelands in search of supplies. Face the unexpected dangers of the apocalyptic world of HordeCore!
To participate, just click the button on the game's page. You'll get notified through Steam if you've been selected as one of the game's playtesters. We are inviting everyone to join the testing - it will be fun for both sides!
