Hello everyone! As I am sure you've heard before from other gamedevs, but Wishlists are SUPER important. On the other hand we are not afraid of letting you try The Beggar before it's release. We are confident we've done an awesome game everyone is going to enjoy.
That's why if we get to 10,000 Wishlists, we will release a Preview Demo of The Beggar! The good news is we just need less than 2500 Wishlists you get there, so every one of them counts. Tell your friends about the game and force them to wishlist it if you want to play The Beggar. Threat them or torture them it is necessary!
Obviously we are kidding, please don't threat or torture your friends but the sooner they wishlist The Beggar, the sooner the Demo releases! Wishlist now!
I just updated the Steam page of Horror tales The Beggar with a new trailer!
This trailer features in the initial seconds the coolest mechanic ever done in the history of horror gaming: time-space bending. It also features some boss-fight combat shots and yes, everything was recorder in engine, in game!
Watch the trailer on the Steam page or my twitter!
What about the release date? If you want to know, stay tunned for the next announcement ;)
a big hug!

Only brain cancer can tell, but what is your opinion?
An honest message from the dev.

THE BEGGAR will have a GLOW IN THE DARK PS5 retail box! + The Wine for free!
Hello!
The console ports and PC playtesting of Horror Tales The Beggar is progressing in a very positive way!
I just wanted to anounce thanks to the good people of Tesura, The Beggar will be released in your nearest store in PS5 with a Glow in The Dark cover! YES, the green light actually GLOWS in the dark.
We wanted to make something very very special and that is why this retail edition will also include HORROR TALES: The Wine as a digital download game, a reversible cover and more!
Horror Tales: The Beggar is a continuation of Horror Tales: The Wine!

Accessibility options, Gamepad support, key bindings and MORE!
+12 Accessibility features
In the Horror Tales Saga, all games have a series of accessibility features by default to make each player's experience unique and suited for their own needs.
But not only that! You can also use the accessibility features to completly disable them and make the experience super immersive, with no hud, no texts on the screen or no glowing interactuable objects!
Here you can find two screenshots of the accessibility menu inside the Horror Tales games!
And a real example in-game of the diferent output tweaking the settings a bit! The first image is the default settings, and the second image the same scene with some tweaking.
Audio, Gamepad and key bindings
But the accessibility features don't end in the accessibility menu! Aside from full gamepad support, you can customize your experience by binding keyboard/mouse keys and even gamepad keys to whatever suits you. But not only that, you can also customize the way certain actions work. For example, do you want to hold "Ctrl" to crouch or you prefer to Click "Ctrl" to crouch and click it again to uncrouch?
This is only a little glimpse at the Base Accessibility Features, there is more info to come!
Would you like to know more about the video settings options?
Follow us in the next announcement to know more about it!
