Excited to let you all know that I've begun developing Phase Three. This phase will be the final installment, and will complete the experience. You can expect it to be as short as Phase One with an immersive finale puzzle and ending to the story. My goal is to finish development this year and release before October out of Early Access. As always, Phase Three will be a free update to those who have already paid.

Chapter 2 Coming Very Soon!
Hi, everyone! I hope there is still a community of people out there anxious to try the next chapter. I'm in the final weeks of playtesting with friends and it's pretty much ready to go (I could use some beta testers, though). There's been some major issues with trying to support Quest 2 Link and play area calibration. It doesn't seem like Meta is going to fix their SDK anytime soon. But, Quest 2 headsets make up 48% of the VR headsets on Steam, so it's not something I can ignore. I might have to release Chapter 2 without official Link support, just because I'm very excited to get it out there!
I'm curious how big the Quest Link audience is for those who play HOST. If anyone is reading this, please let me know in the comments what headset you use. ːsteamboredː

Patch for Rift S and Index
Sorry to be anticlimactic but I wanted to get a small update out there that supports the Index + Rift S controllers (the hands were swapped around).

Hey, players. I've still been super deep into creating Chapter 2, and work on it almost every night / weekend.
I've reached the halfway point! It's going to be even longer than Chapter 1 and I'm pretty excited to share with you what's next. Chapter 2: Coming 2019
First of all, thank you so much to those who have purchased / played Chapter 1. I took a big risk in taking on this project solo and plan on seeing it to the end. I've received way more downloads than I could've ever expected and your amazing comments have given me the drive to make the next chapter even more insane.
I've been heads down actively creating. I took a lot of feedback so you can expect more challenging puzzles, more surreal experiences and you'll also learn about why you're here. I won't tell you exactly what will happen, but if you follow the Instagram @hostvr you might be able to piece some things together.
Chapter 2 (and 3) will be available for free to all players as an app update.

Now for Oculus Rift
HOST is now supported for the Oculus Rift.
The Guardian system is a bit bright and distracting, though. I strongly recommend that you disable the walls to your Guardian system for the most immersive experience.

I'm officially working on adding Oculus support! Because of the 2m x 3m play area requirement you might need a third sensor. Anyone out there have it working well on an Oculus already?
