Some of our players are experiencing lags caused by all those amazing custom items - and yeah, I'm well aware it's hard to resist temptation but hear me out:
We do not take responsibility for the Steam Workshop submissions - the creators are free to upload their projects as long as they do not violate Steam ToS. Some of them may cause prolonged loading times and even crashes, so please consider unsubscribing to your workshop items in case of issues.
Also, I'm happy to share some news about our upcoming stream event that starts on Friday, the 11th of June. Some of our beloved creators will be streaming The Tenants and hosting numerous giveaways of House Flipper and The Tenants. We'll be posting all about it on TT's twitter and facebook tomorrow.

Luxury DLC - release date window!

For the past couple of weeks, you've been asking us when exactly will the Luxury DLC available and why it's no longer coming in May. We decided not to release any statements until we're able to give you some more details about the whole thing - the time is NOW.
House Flipper: Luxury is coming in Q4 of 2021 - you might ask, "why is that so late?" and I'm glad we can finally give you an answer: Luxury is nearly as big as the base game, which makes it the biggest DLC we've ever worked on. It wasn't supposed to be that huge at first, but then we thought to ourselves that we want to give you something extraordinary with this one. Additional houses, jobs, mechanics, new NPCs, and stuff like that takes a lot of time to finish, but I can assure you - you won't be disappointed.

Luxurious giveaway and some amazing news about Castle Flipper

Not gonna lie - everyone knows Luxury DLC got a bit delayed, and that's because we got carried away while creating the content for it and decided to add a few more houses than intended. But, let's face the truth - it's going to be the biggest DLC yet, and we need to make sure it's perfect.
We're not giving you the date just yet, but worry not - we'll share some more details on that soon. Meanwhile, here's a little giveaway to make the wait more bearable:
We are working extremely hard on the recently announced Pets DLC, and we would love to share with you some of the progress we've made since the official announcement back in March.
First of all, we want to show you 2 of the new ranch-style properties that will make an appearance in the newest DLC.
One of them is a well-equipped summerhouse located by the river. The cottage has a great view from the terrace, right on the new, freshly designed environment, also visible in the background. We will tell you more about the surroundings in the Pets DLC in one of the next Development Updates :>
The second property is located in a clearing. It is a single-story family home with a spacious double garage.
We also had a little bit of a discussion with our community regarding the rabbit house we’re working on. We prepared 2 versions, and we need your help with the decision. Would you like to see the bunnies live in pet houses (Option A), or a fancy but closed cage (Option B )? We would probably go for option A, but we'll leave the choice to you.
The last thing we would like to mention is the new furniture for the dining room, kitchen and living room. We feel like the style fits perfectly into the atmosphere of a DLC related to pets.

The April Fools Update in House Flipper takes you on a trip down memory lane - discover a tropical island, filled with glistening treasures, which might bring some of you a sense of familiarity. Collect all of the mysterious balls, said to have ties with fantastical dragons and flip a house that once belonged to a turtle-shelled master of martial arts!

New Content:
Brand new "Turtle House" for all your training needs.
New items: sliding door, narrow options for bathroom and living room door, pouf and sofa Tortoise, hanging corner cabinet Glen, sunglasses and two easels. Isn't that cool, huh?
Changes:
Stairs' sides can now be painted black. Or any other color. Or not painted at all, to get that "retro-House Flipper look".
We've eliminated a space-time anomaly that caused the clocks to display wrong time. Einstein-senpai notice us. :(
Items may now be hung from other ceiling-like structures, e.g. window recesses. Painting ceilings is still impossible tho, please dont hate us.
We've added more ads to TV so it would feel more like the real thing. Commercials are still in-progress.
V-sync and FPS limiter are now divorced. The word is that V-sync cheated on FPS L., definitely not cool.
Fixes:
Strafing stuttering should no longer be a problem. Yay us!
Glass shards are visible once again. A bit less yay, but still - yay us!

The paranormal activities in the Halloween house can now be disabled. Rejoice all the scaredy-cats out there.
We’ve been spamming with The Tenants lately and that’s because our excitement was building up for quite a while now - IT’S OUT, FLIPPERS!
The Tenants are finally here, but our journey doesn't end here - in fact, it just started. We can't wait to hear your feedback, meanwhile - check out this video, where Max, Co-Founder of Ancient Forge Studio, talks about changes and tweaks implemented since the free trial version.
