We recommend restarting Steam after buying the DLC to ensure everything starts to download as it should!
Firstly, let’s talk about what's coming to House Flipper for all!
As always, with the release of the paid DLC, we’ve prepared a bunch of features for all of our dearest players. Aside from optimising RAM usage and FPS, we’ve also decided to give you a few more features…
From now on, you can reset houses from your office in case something goes wrong or you simply want to repeat it. If you do so, you’ll be refunded 60% of the money spent on that house. This should help with crashes happening on older consoles. And yes this and every free feature is coming both to consoles and pc.
And now for the reminder of what’s in the DLC
As mentioned a few times before, here’s what you can expect in the DLC!
Before we finish, let me show you how exactly the renting will work… Instead of selling the flipped property, you’ll be able to select a rent price and receive a steady flow of money while it is rented.

For the next couple of days after the release, our community management team will put lots of extra effort into monitoring the House Flipper Steam Discussion page in case any questions or problems arise.

Let’s slow down with this restaurant talk for now… As you all know, House Flipper is and always will be a game about renovations. Dine Out is just another stop in your Flipping journey; you should look at it that way. We’ve prepared a lot of new furniture for you to recreate or design your kitchens, restaurants and other buildings in the game. We created tools for your imagination, and just in a bit, you’ll be able to use them in your creations.

Aaah, we love the fact that House Flipper 1 and House Flipper 2 are both growing, and both have a loving community behind them! During this Halloween, we want to show ya what's going on around the franchise, and group up all of the important recent events!
I'm sure a lot of you wondered why House Flipper 1 doesn't get a spooky Halloween Update this year. We know how much you love the Halloween content, but when it comes to the Dine Out DLC that comes next month, the HF1 development team are all hands on deck in order to bring you high-quality content in the promised time frame.
Dine Out DLC is well... kind of a revolutionary DLC! It's pushing lots of House Flipper 1 boundaries that were once almost impossible to cross, so every little thing requires a bit of extra effort, and a solid double-check.
November will definitely be filled with additional information, sneak peeks, and lots of hype for this upcoming release!

It’s time to lay out the fancy stuff…
Regarding the Dine Out DLC, we've been busy lately, crafting new content for you. First up, we're introducing fresh mechanics specifically designed for this DLC. Next, we have a useful addition to the Universal Cooker to enhance your kitchen projects. Plus, there's a sneak peek at some of the new houses you'll be able to renovate. And at the end, we've gathered a variety of items to inspire and expand your decorating ideas. We're excited to share this Devlog with you.
Let’s talk a bit about the new mechanic we’re rolling out in the Dine Out DLC. Table cloths are an important part of every fancy restaurant. With that in mind we’re developing a tool that will give you a way to add this type of decoration to most of the tables in the game! It’s time to cut some cloth! Length of every tablecloth can be adjusted at the moment of placement!
Let’s try not to leave any stains
With the table ready to be served, your freshly renovated restaurant is the talk of the town! Now, get ready for a delicious twist in House Flipper! Remember the Universal Cooker we introduced earlier? You'll now have access to a new addition – the Cookbook, where all your recipes will be automatically saved. Kick things off with a few starters to create amazing dishes that add a unique flair to your renovated eateries. Unlock even more culinary creations as you progress with flipping!

In a previous Devlog, we’ve told you about the new Neons that are coming along with Dine Out. Today it’s time to show you one more thing we’re working on regarding them. We wanted to give you a mechanic that’ll allow you to create your own Neon Writings!
Shine in the spotlight thanks to the Neon customisation mechanic! Wake up your inner artist and adjust them accordingly to your taste. You can create your personalized text, change its size, adjust light intensity, choose your favorite font, and more.
