We are pumped to kick this exciting week off with a bunch of news regarding the release of House Flipper 2 and everything that comes with it (and trust me, there's a lot!)

We recently released a timezone map, that shows you a precise release time in different parts of the world. Make sure to prepare yourself for the exact hour House Flipper 2 launches where you live! You know... 3 alarms, 5 memos, sticky notes all around your place, stuff like that!
(yes I know, a bit disappointing that In Australia or New Zeland HF2 comes out on 15th, yikes!)
💎 House Flipper 2: Digital Deluxe Edition!
An extra edition of House Flipper 2 is coming as well! For those who seek even more House Flipper 2 in their lives - we prepared an exclusive Digital Deluxe Edition, and you can now check it out yourself. The price of The Deluxe Edition DLC is planned to be 9,99$, and it will be released at the same time as House Flipper 2, on December 14!
We will be hosting a nice little developer live stream, starting 2 hours after the release! (4PM CET) Why the delay? We just wanna make sure everything runs smoothly, and all the people are in their seats monitoring the situation during the grand launch. The full celebration phase starts along with us going live! ^^

It's December, we are so hyped, and we can't wait to finally pass the work of our recent years to your hands.

Today, we have a little bit of a different announcement, namely we would love to talk a bit about a side-project of ours, called Forgery Craft!
What's that all about? It's a unique simulation game, which allows you to delve into the world of forgery in many different ways. Start with simple document alterations and advance to create art pieces that could deceive any expert. Experience the thrill of tricking art connoisseurs!
If you were always wondering how different kinds of forgery were being performed, from legendary paintings to some of the oldest wine bottles, this is something you might wanna keep an eye on!

House Flipper 2 - Meet the Sandbox Mode!
Howdy Flippers!
For the last couple of weeks, we have been thinking about how to better visualize the part of House Flipper 2 that some of you may not know. Till now, we only showcased it during occasional developer streams as well as on a couple of screenshots. Since it's going to be an extremely important part of HF2, we've decided to create a trailer that is going to showcase the vast majority of features available there.
We would like to fully introduce you to House Flipper 2 Sandbox Mode!
We, the devs, created each and every house in our game using the tools found in the Sandbox Mode. Now, with the upcoming release of House Flipper 2, it's going to be your turn to sit behind the controls! Create and share your own custom houses and quests, completely from the ground up!
After you're done, share them with the House Flipper community through MOD.io, and let your friends play through your creations, and complete the jobs you set up for them! Sharing your creations has never been easier before!
We're thrilled to be posting this, as deep in our hearts we have huge expectations when it comes to the Sandbox Mode.
Just as a reminder, House Flipper 2 is going to be divided into 2 modes: - The Story Mode, which is the one you know from the first House Flipper already. - The additional Sandbox Mode, which is basically a "House Flipper goes fully creative", as presented in the above trailer. From an empty plot to a 3-story mansion or whatever else you may like!
Thank you so much for being here with us and patiently waiting for the release in December. We can't wait either, but before that comes, we still have some extra stuff waiting for you, just to spice up the atmosphere and tease you with some juicy sneak peeks.
