Windows 10 Creators Update launch fix released
We have released an update which will fix the crashing / non launching issue when running this game on the Windows 10. Those who are logged into the Steam client will have this update downloaded immediately.
If you encounter any problems as a result of this update, please let us know. We will respond to every post on the forums.
Issues with Windows 10
It has come to our attention that a recent update may have caused our Hoyle games to malfunction. While we're searching for the exact update that's at fault, we offer the following troubleshooting advice.
Go into your list of installed games on Steam. Find Hoyle Official Casino Games in your game list. Left click the name of the game once. Then, right click and select "Delete local content"
Once the game is removed from your Steam client, please do the following:
Hold down the Windows key and press the letter R.
In the search box, type in %AppData% and press enter. Now find a folder named Webfoot. Double click on the Webfoot Folder and you will find a Hoyle Official Casino Games folder.
Send the Hoyle Official Casino Games folder to the Recycle Bin and restart your computer. Once you are logged back into Steam, redownload your game.
The game should function correctly. If it does not work for you, please let us know on our discussion forums.

We're sorry about the issue where the buy button was hidden. As discussed in the forums, I reported these issues to our developers and they have fixed the buy button. Now you can enjoy a brand new Hoyle experience like you've never seen before.
With an all-new cast of fully voiced characters, new graphics, and the addition of new games appearing in Hoyle Casino for the very first time, it's Casino fun for everyone!
