Update v0.5.5 "The Challenge" is live!
The time has arrived and update v0.5.5 "The Challenge" is now live. We believe that this update will provide a more enriching experience for all of you, offering a wide array of improvements to the game. The full patch notes for the update are below:
Added new sound to the game
New Music
New and improved Sound Effects
Increased the Player HP
The player HP have been increased from 2 to 4
Tweaked the God’s AI
Implemented basic movement
Increased the firing rate
Redesigned the Player UI
Added a “multiplier progress” bar

The players’ best scores will automatically be stored in a Steam Leaderboard

Warning! New Update incoming!
As promised, a new major update is coming to Hyper Gods. The update will be live early next week (December 17th-23rd) and will improve many areas of the game, including features such as:
Leaderboards
Improved sound effects and music
Several gameplay improvements
Redesigned UI

Greetings pilots!
We just wanted to check-in and let you know that the work is going along nicely for the next update of Hyper Gods. As reported, our next update will include new and improved audio, along with some other new features, changes and improvements. One of them is a new match UI, which you can check below:
We've also been updating our Trello page with the latest features, so you can check this link to know more about what we're adding to the game.

And we’re live! As promised, we’ve just released the newest update for Hyper Gods, the Patch Notes of which are below. Remember that we temporarily blocked the multiplayer modes and fully implemented a Singleplayer mode.

New update release date and the future of Hyper Gods
First and foremost, as you might’ve seen from our Facebook page, a new update is coming. Today, we can officially confirm that its release date is due right this week! This update is our biggest one yet, and contains many changes to the gameplay and feel of the game. The patch notes will further detail all the improvements that we've made. Below is a GIF of what you can expect in the patch. We sincerely hope you enjoy it.
Now, regarding the lack of recent news on Hyper Gods over the last few months, that is something directly related to this new update. As 2016 was ending, we analysed the state of the game and concluded that its quality was not in accordance with our standards and with what we wish to achieve. As such, we went back to the drawing board and redesigned many of the game mechanics which we thought were severely lacking. We all feel now that the soonly available iteration of Hyper Gods is miles better than the one currently available. Faster, more action packed and, above all else, fun.
To do this major overhaul of the game, we’ve also had to focus more and more on the Singleplayer components. So, in order to be able to bring you this update now, we’ve had to block the access to the local multiplayer modes, as they are still not yet ready for a public release. Nevertheless, this is a feature that will be coming back in a future update.
And speaking of the future, our plans are to come back to the more regular updates that we started this Early Access with. This first one will include, as soon as possible, a build with improvements to one of the components of the game that we’re still not happy with: the sound.

Trello page is now live!

Just a quick update to inform you that our Trello page is now live!
We decided to create a Trello page in order to get the community more involved in what we are working on and also to give you guys a glimpse on what features we'll introduce with each update.
There you'll also see some features that we are aiming to achieve past the specific update we are working towards. These are located in the "Next Activities" and "Future Activities" cards and may change according to feedback.
Hello guys, it's time for the first Early Access update on Hyper Gods! As promised, this update brings you the first glimpse of the Singleplayer modes, with the inclusion of a Practice mode where you can get the handle on all the grazing and shooting before heading out to multiplayer. Along with it, we've got a bunch of new fixes and changes in this update, so be sure to check the Patch Notes down below.

Launch and First Scheduled Update
Hello guys!
First and foremost, we would like to deeply thank you for participating in and helping us with the development of Hyper Gods! :)
Now, as we've written on the store page, we aim to deliver regular updates on the game in order to get continuous feedback from you guys. As such, the first update on the game will be made available right NEXT WEEK! While we can't right now disclose eveything that we can include in the update, there will definetly be something for those of you who also like playing alone.
In addition to that, next week will also see the birth of Hyper Gods' Trello page. There you will be able to check, in more detail, what features we ae working on, so you also have a sense of what direction the game is headed on. We'll update you guys when the page goes live!
Finally, we would like to encourage you guys to report any bugs you may find or features that you would like to be included! Your feedback is important, and is only with it that we can deliver you the best game possible!
