Added 2 new Units, Ninja and Archangel.

* Ninja - Fast moving, fast attacking, smoke bomb
* Archangel - Ranged attack, AoE heal

As always you can edit them on the unit builder to see how they were created.

Custom Sounds! - v1.04 - 19/12/2017

You can now add Custom Sounds to your Units!
So you could add like a laser pistol sound on attack or a healing sound on a AoE Heal!
