The Update

New Team Setup Feature - Assemble your ultimate team in the Main Menu to enable you to rapidly jump straight into your next Arcade, Blitz and Private match without additional setup.
Global Matchmaking - Online multiplayer matchmaking is now global to make sure you can easily find your next opponent. You can still set a specific region if you want via the Settings menu.
New Leaderboard and Objective Rewards - Earn new and additional rewards for topping the Leaderboard and completing daily objectives, including XP, credits, and Cosmetics.

Hyperbrawl’s Revolutionary Sound Design
Music and Audio are what help create immersion within video games, without sound there is no player experience.
For HyperBrawl we wanted to push the boundaries of what was possible with music and audio design and through the use of the brand new machine-learning audio design technology Omnio we were able to dynamically add spatial information to audio in real-time giving audiences the physical sensation of immersion in a way that has never been put into working practice in a video game before.
Throughout the development of HyperBrawl Tournament our team worked alongside the team at Omnio and legendary music composer Steve Levine to become the first ever video game in history to use this revolutionary music industry and nightlife technology within interactive media.
Using Omnio, we were able to take the audio design of HyperBrawl Tournament and enable players to feel audio and experience music the way it sounded when originally recorded in a way that has never been done in video game development before and display what is possible with game audio in the modern era.
To convert the tracks of HyperBrawl Tournament our team and Steve Levine passed each of the games audio tracks through a black box provided by Steve containing a unique chipset that utalized a special algorithm to remaster the sound for our team and create audio that is both reactive to the players actions in the game world but also matches the audio to what is happening in the present moment.

This is a call to action for our Steam players to get your game on as when the clock strikes midnight on Sunday the 31st of January the top six players on our weekly leaderboards will win a cash prize of £75.
As part of a brand new series of weekly in-game competitions we will be running we’re happy to announce our first Top Dog Brawl Championship. A week long competition for our Steam players to compete against each other for the top 6 places on our weekly leaderboards where the winners will win a variety of Steam vouchers as prizes.
For those who find themselves up for the challenge and able to secure victory will receive handsome rewards such as the following prizes:
1st Place Winner - £25 Steam voucher
Top 5 Runners Up - £10 Steam voucher

It's been quite the insane year to say the least, and the Milky Tea family wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year.
This year has not been the year any of us had planned we've had to develop, launch and market the game we have spent the last 4 years of our lives building alongside the community all by ourselves from our homes and whilst this has proved to be a challenge at times we are honestly so proud of each member of the gang for making our dream of making our own game a reality.
Plus we launched a game during a global pandemic....bragging rights and one for the Milky Tea wall ;)

The reception this year has been amazing!
We can't honestly thank you all enough for the support and kindness you have shown us this year, 2020 has not been a fun year to say the least, we've had to overcome the challenges or remote work and not being able to see each other as much as we used to but your support and the reception we have received has made this year worth all the struggles <3
We've gotten an average of 8/10 user scores, got to watch YouTubers such as The Yogcast, BaronVonGames, SpyCakes, and more play our game (Yogcast was a personal dream come true) and received nothing but praise from press outlets and the community....but this was just the beginning.
We got our soundtrack released on Spotify and Apple Music
We even got to work with legendary and renowned music composer Steve Levine, and became one of the first ever game studios to work with Sony/ATV Music Publishing and Sony Music Masterworks for the official music production of HyperBrawl Tournament and got to release our soundtrack on Spotify and Apple Music (indie game developers NEVER get chances like this!!)

2020 was just the catalyst for the new journey Milky Tea and HyperBrawl Tournament is about to undertake, we have brand new features, characters, fixes and more on their way early next year and we are honestly so excited but that's not all.....we are beginning to plan the journey of our next games.

Hello once again Brawlers!
This has been a crazy week! As a nice little reward and break from the hectic month of HyperBrawl’s launch, our team had a little cheeky game jam! Whilst we can’t share any fine details of what we created, rest assured, it resulted in some insanely fun little games, and who knows, one of them just might be Milky Tea’s next big project!
