Hello everyone! Sigyaad here again with some more gameplay updates to I Am Sakuya! The changes are as follows:
Bosses now show their full death animation and some dialogue when you defeat them
Dialogue has been added in levels to make the game a more richer experience!
The default gamma has been increase to make the game look a bit more prettier (you can still lower this to the default in the settings though)
Fix Map 9's missing and misaligned textures
Moved the enemy spawn points on map 9 to the edge of the platform
Added a invisible backpack and a health restore to the start of boss fights that refill all of your ammo, instead of a stockpile of guns.
Patchouli is a lot harder and can no longer be perma stun locked by the knives (I hope)
You are now 100% invulnerable during timestop, though the main change of this feature is that now you get to see a cool face sprite from Sakuya when you stop time!
Made the I-frames the player receives during damage more consistent
I understand there's a few more things that need to be ironed out, rest assured they're being worked on!
Also remember when I said more content is being worked on? New levels and weapons to be exact? I'm happy to now be able to show a sneak peak of what's to come!
These in addition to unlockable difficulties are coming soon in the coming week or so, so stay tuned!
Revamped Levels Update!
Hello everyone! Sigyaad here again, I'm proud to release this update that revamps a lot of the levels! To summarise, it adds switches with proper level exits and entire new exit sections of maps! They look damn beautiful to boot! Thanks again to mittens for providing these beautiful sections!
(Don't worry, I'm sure Remilia has some nice shades so she can enjoy the view during the day.)
Additionally, all of the missing and misaligned textures have been fixed! (I hope!)

New Map + Balance Updates!
Hello everyone!I have listened to your feedback and I'm pushing out the first of many updates to make the game a much better experience. This new update adds a new map and makes several gameplay and balance changes!
To start off, there's a new map! It replaces stage 2 entirely with a beautiful, brand new cave level, thanks so much for Mittens for working with me to make this!
Additionally, Map 4 has been tweaked a bit to feel a lot more better!
I have also made a bunch of balance changes listed below
The player now gets 2 frames of invincibility upon being hit
In stage 1, enemies have their back to you, meaning they won't attack you unless you're ready
Meiling will not attack you unless you attack her first, like a good gate keeper!
Switching and selecting weapons is now much faster
The crosshair should now be on by default
In addition, there are a few hot fixes!
Added names to maps
Added proper custom obituaries (messages that appear when killed by an enemy)
Added proper weapon pickup messages
Added coloured doors in map 4
Changed the exit to stage 1 to be a hole
