Hello, it's been a long time since our last update of the game. We've been working hard to bring you new features, visual changes, new languages and performance fixes.
The following extensive list explains in detail all the changes of this version:
ALL PLATFORMS
New main menu interface. The new menu is more intuitive and explains clearly what each section contains.
New pause menu interface. Now it is easier to know your current stats during a challenge while the game is paused.
Base code has been rewritten and reviewed. What does this mean? We have performed a rather complicated surgery and reviewed all the code from scratch which guarantees that the game will now run smoother in all platforms and there will be a lower chance of errors.
New saving system encryption. We have improved our security layers of the saving system. Now, you won't be able to grant yourself infinite screws so easily :)
Added a greeting message the first time you execute the game.
The game is available in French... Oh là là.
Added a new game mode in the single player: Time trial. Try to complete all the 80 levels of the game before the time runs out. Will you manage to complete all the challenges?
Added the medals. Depending on how much time you take to complete a challenge, you will be granted a gold, silver or bronze medal (or if you are really bad at this game, you won't be given any medal).
Final game file size has been compressed even further. Old assets which are no longer needed by the new interfaces have been deleted.
Are you stuck in a level? We have added the possibility to skip a level. Pause the current level you are playing, search the 'Skip level' button, and if you have enough screws, you will be able to use it.
Added new achievements to the game.
WINDOWS
Updated Steamworks SDK to the latest version.
Fixed an error with newer versions of Windows 10 which didn't properly synchronize the game speed.
LINUX
Updated Steamworks SDK to the latest version.
Fixed a saving error because a specific folder returned an error in newer Linux versions.
Fixed an error where the FPS were uncapped when running with an NVIDIA graphics card.
ANDROID
Updated Google Play services SDK.
Added support for Android API 29.
Added cloud save.
Added Google Play services full support (now you will be able to get achievements and view leaderboards like in all other platforms where the game is being distributed).
Improved the virtual keyboard. It will be easier to control the character while playing.
Added adaptive icons support for newer Android devices.
We are sure you will love all the changes we made to the game to make it even better.

15/10/18 Update to version 1.3
Hello, here you have all the release notes for this update:
ALL PLATFORMS
Some performance issues were corrected, now the game should run better.
Fixed an issue that made textures be flushed from memory at the change of level and also at the begining of a level, now they are only flushed at the change of a level, this will decrease slightly the loading times.
Added more levels up until chapter 8 level 8.
Fixed an issue with the gravity change, now the player will stick properly to the upper walls and not with 1 pixel clipping through it.
WINDOWS
No changes for only Windows platform.
LINUX
Fixed Linux cloud storage for Steam.
ANDROID
Max API level is now 28.
Minimun API level is now 16.
Fixed an issue with the virtual keyboard beeing not properly scaled on modern devices, now it should work perfectly.
Fixed an issue with Google Play connection which could cause a memory leak if two or more achievements were granted at the same time.

Hi there!
We have just released an update that brings 10 more levels to the game.
Now you can play up until chapter 6, level 9.
We have also added in the single player mode the "Mirror Mode"
Some small bugs have been fixed.

(IMPORTANT) - BIG GAME CHANGE
Hello!
We are bringing big changes for the future of this game. We are no longer developing this game with our previous association due to some personal conflicts, now this game is being distributed by “Gurila Ware Games”. During a period of time, you will be experiencing enormous changes in the game, specially changes related to the art of the game as we are remaking every asset. This are a list of some of the changes we are making now and that will offer you a better game experience:
New game title. Now the game will be called “I was rebuilt”.
We are changing the game engine, from Game Maker: Studio 1.4 to Game Maker: Studio 2, this process is taking us a while to keep sure that the playability is not modified and there are no issues during the change.
The game will become available in more languages.
New achievements and leaderboards will be added.
We are keeping the same level design and we replaced the boss fights by new levels, as the bosses were not a real threat at all.
The story of the game will be completely changed.
All assets will be changed.
Smaller textures pages and bug fixes, which means more compatibility and better performance.
For a while we will disable the multiplayer and shop to work on them and improve them, but they will be back soon.
This change of association will help us keep the game updated with more content and solve any issues that you might find during your game experience.

I May Die! - Update 24/01/2018
Hi there!
It is time for another update, we are getting close to finish the story mode of the game, but there is still work to do, in this update we bring you new levels for you to play:
Version 4.1.2 - The "Back from christmas" update
Graphics:
Art for the new objects and hazards has been added.
Scaling has been improved for small dimensioned screens.
Gameplay:
You can now play up to level 9 of chapter 7.
New hazards added.
There is also an object added that will give you the ability to attack to some enemies like the eyes that made your life miserable up until chapter 7.
Miscellaneous:
Fixed a physics issue which consumed more resources than needed. Now the game consumes less resources.

I may die! - Christmas holidays
Hello!
Christmas holidays are about to start, and you know how things work in Christmas, you get presents!
So... we will be offering you the game at a 37% discount from the 22nd of december of 2017, until the 5th of january of 2018.
Also, we are expecting to release an update the same day the discount starts, this update will bring new objects and will adjust the difficulty in some levels to make the difficulty level curve more fair and gradually increased.
I May Die! - 3rd Big update 05/12/2017
Hello!
After a while programming and designing new stuff, we bring you today a 3rd huge update which include lots of changes. For more information read the patch notes below:
Version 4.1 - The "World expanding" update
Graphics:
No significant changes in graphics.
Gameplay:
Boss of chapter 5, Wyrmulon, is now playable.
Chapter 6 is now open, horray!
9 levels are now playable in chapter 6.
Moving platforms have been added.
Switch moving platforms have been added.
Color changing platforms have been added.
Gravitron has been added, it is time to mess with the gravity.
The thunderbolt terminals have been leveled to be more fair, time between attacks has been increased.
Acid guns have been also leveled to be more fair, time between attacks has been increased. Also the duration of the acid in the world has been reduced.
Miscellaneous:
A bug which made the music stop after restarting a level has been fixed.
A bug which did not display the mid jump sprite of a character in some cases has been fixed.
An error with the lasers which created a big data structure producing a memory leak in some cases has been fixed.
Performance changes have been made, now the game should run smoother.
An error that did not update the money value after buying has been fixed.
Apart from all the changes listed, we have started working in the possibility of adding the Steam Inventory so you can acquire objects. You can start acquiring them and trading them, but they won't be functional until future updates.
Also we have changed the music in all levels, these new musics have been made by our new composer Jonathan Hall Couto.
