Almost done - ICED VR

Fix bugs and updated gameplay
Development of ICED VR is in full swing, we review the decisions taken earlier in terms of gameplay and if possible make changes to the original

Fixes:

- Removed a bug in the DLS with the salvation of men

- Now the helicopter does not fly away when you signal him with a rocket

- Some players missing problems with obtaining the achievements

Changes:

- Partially reworked system freezing, she became a little more complicated and more understandable

- Now the player needs to worry about the reserves of resources before going to bed, because in a dream they are also spent, but slower. For heating the tents are made of the lowest mode of gas flow from the burner, one full bottle = one night of heat
