And what better time for an exclusive edition of your all-time favorite tournament – The World Cup!
This year the motto is “World Under Siege”.
Yes, when we all have to stay home and think about creating our own entertainment, leave it to Imperia Online to provide!
Registrations for the exclusive edition of the World Cup will start onApril 27th.
The Official Qualifiers will commence on May 7th.
The Group Stage will launch on May 29th.
And the Grand Finale, when the World Champion will be decided, shall start on June 15th.
The World Champion will be announced on July 6th.

Easter is coming in Imperia Online
Easter is one of the most celebrated and respected holidays in the calendar.
And this is why we take it very seriously each year.
This year is no different, of course.
The only question you should ask during Easter is this – How many eggs can you carry with one hand?
And what will you do with your other hand? Well, the answer to the second question is obvious – you will collect eggs!
Actually the number of eggs doesn’t really matter – because you can carry as much as you can get!
That’s the whole point of the Egg Hunt event, which will be once again launched in order to celebrate the upcoming Easter!
It will start on April 10th and will end on April 21st.
For those of you, who will experience the Egg Hunt for the first time, the rules are simple:
Certain neutral cities will have eggs hidden in them; Each player can send spies in any neutral city and he will have the option to order his spies to search for eggs; Collected eggs can be used to buy in-game items and boosters; Each time the player finds an Egg, there is a chance for this Egg to be SPECIAL; Tomes, Talismans, Boxes, Plans, Boots and many more valuable items are waiting to be bought with the hard-earned Eggs; So, did we convince you to log into Imperia Online on Easter?

Imperia Online Battle Royale II on the Horizon

Imperia Online Battle Royale is back and it will once again shatter the lands of Imperia!
Weather is getting warmer, nature is waking up from the winter slumber, flowers are blossoming, birds are singing in the trees, love is in the air…
NONE OF THAT MATTERS!
What matters is that all of you, mighty warriors, will be once again pitted against each other in a brutal survival ruleset and there can be only one at the end – THE SOLE SURVIVOR!
So, get ready for a whole new experience in the tournament, as we will make some much needed changes:
Total Elimination Phase Overhaul – more players will remain in the tournament after each stage, so more players will fight for the title and more players will cause pain to each other, which is always fun. Total Ranking Overhaul – now your overall performance and actions during each stage of the tournament will matter more, as we will change the formula, which determines your current ranking position.
There will be other changes as well, which we hope will make this onslaught even more exciting.
Expect detailed info in the days to come, but more importantly, get ready to face each other in your favorite hardcore event!
Registrations run between the 31st of March and the 9th of April, so log on and register now to take part in this epic tournament, we will see you there.

First it’s the International Women’s Day on March 8th.
The time has come to celebrate our Queens, Amazons and Princesses!
On the International Women’s Day Imperia Online recognizes and pays respect to all the ladies in the world and especially to those, who dominate our Realms!
Therefore let it be known that between March 8th and March 10th we will gift all our players with 308 free items!
All you need to do is log into the game and receive your present!
Then comes St. Patrick’s Day, where you can really turn your luck!
There will be many challenges waiting for you between March 17th and 20th and if you make the Gods of Fortune happy, they will smile upon your Empire and… some of them might even crash your party in the tavern!

Well, sometimes they ride the horses, but that’s a detail.
The point is – real warriors in Imperia Online travel. A lot.
That’s why we determined that travelling times in Imperia Online have to have real impact, like they did in Medieval Times.
So, no more fixed 10 minutes of travelling no matter where you are located in the realm or relative to your opponent.
From now on these 10 minutes will be added to your travel time, which is determined by your geographical position and your current technology level!

Deers flying all over the place, carrying questionable personas with bags full of goods (probably stolen!), people you love (or hate!) wanting to give you presents, annoying loved ones nagging you all day that you should decorate your entire castle with shiny sparkling useless stuff… etc., etc…
Every self-respecting medieval ruler would go mad during Christmas… Except the ones playing Imperia Online, because Imperia Online knows what every self-respecting ruler needs – Jolly Camps! Between December 20 and January 3 Jolly camps will be available for players to attack for additional points and rewards. They will provide 5 times more points and can be attacked with no limitation, as opposed to the regular barbarian camps
That’s why during the Christmas Holidays the Jolly Camps will once again make their appearance in the realms of Imperia!
Find them!
Smash them (if you can)!
And the best of you will get Winter Chests full of goodies at the end! Oh, and let's not forget that during the event you can opt-in for the all-winter in-game setting with updated art!
