Bugfix/QOL patch 20490

Visual: New torch lights.
Visual: Fixed some nasty low-res textures.

Feature: Allow toggling between using head forward direction and hand direction for free loco, defaults to head forward.
Feature: On Oculus Rift, the teleport shard is now mapped to the grip. The tutorial has been updated accordingly.
Feature: Added a message when running an outdated client.

Balancing: Ball of Lightning arrows now zap 8 times instead of 10.

Bugfix: Smite Achievement now works, and increases the number of zaps of each Balls of Lightning by 50%.
Bugfix: Loot drop rate should no longer decay to nothingness.
Bugfix: Lightning arrow x3 is now in its correct tier, it cost too little in the Reliquary and dropped too often in the world.
Bugfix: Enemy melee attacks are slightly improved
Bugfix: When on rooftops with free locomotion turned on, archers would fire in a completely different direction. They now correctly fire at you.
Bugfix: You can no longer shoot the healthbars.
Bugfix: Anakim exit portal should now work correctly whether you use free locomotion, the teleport shard, or the teleport arrow.
Bugfix: The boss and other melee enemies would sometimes become unresponsive. This should no longer be the case.
Bugfix: Arrows will make a nice ding sound when hitting metal shields

Bugfix Patch 20382

Bugfix: Portal to leave Anakim's house would sometimes take ages to spawn.

Bugfix: Portal to leave Anakim's house wouldn't work if you used free movement to walk into it.

Bugfix: Anakim no longer takes percentage based damage, fixed curse arrow being extra extra OP

Bugfix: Time dilation arrow wasn't being properly removed and could leave enemies in permanent slow motion.

Bugfix: It was possible to get to some places in Anakim's room where he couldn't attack you, now it's impossible.

Bugfix: Play session duration was sometimes registered as a huge number

Bugfix: Achievements based on LightningArrows usage didn't get unlocked

Feature: You can now configure the snap rotation increment size. For Oculus, you may also toggle on/off the in-game chaperone, for those of you with diagonal setups. As a result of moving stuff around, you may find that your control/gameplay preferences have been reset.

Experimental Feature: Friends Leaderboard

We are deploying an experimental feature for Steam users that adds a special leaderboard containing only your Steam friends that also play In Death. We are also working on an Oculus version of it but want to deploy early for testing purposes.

Balancing Patch 20356

Balancing: We rebalanced the progressive difficulty of Purgatory II, III, IV and beyond. Before, enemies would have all of their stats empowered in Purgatory II but only their health and gold rewards increased after that. After this change, all of their stats continue to increase as you progress further into God's Dream Kingdom.

Balancing: The Knight Templar of the Black Command have had their health slightly reduced, they still grow into powerful tanks as you progress through multiple chapters.

Balancing: Starting in Purgatory II, Anakim The Abominable starts receiving additional reinforcements. We hope you're prepared.

Balancing: Reducing duration of healthbar tutorial section from 12 to 6 seconds
