Update 2.0 is in the works...

We have finally solved most of the bugs!

This update is going to change the game A LOT

It will take some time to make sure that everything is working as it should.

We don't want any new bugs to appear and we want the bugs that we know to be gone.

We really believe that this update will change the game entirely, and we have implemented a lot of ideas that you guys has given us and so far it looks really promising!

Our team is working very hard to be able to push out this update and it should be out by the end of this week (+- 3-4 days..)

Today is not the same as tomorrow

I get the idea sometimes that people believe that a game is a physical product, you buy something and then you're done.

In case of software, what you buy today will never be what you have tomorrow. (At least that it is how it is supposed to be).

We think of our progress like this:

You buy a really great car for (let's say $10,000 dollars) and after 1 month your car is being updated to a spaceship.

(every car nowadays is connected to the internet and can be updated, everyone knows that, right?)

When you buy the car you have a car that helps you go from A to B, which is enough. But after a month, when you receive the spaceship update you will have the most epic vehicle on the planet that can take you wherever you want, and you got it for free and the best part is it will not stop there.

Same rules apply to our game.

We are going to implement more features than what you possible can imagine into this game.

The game has changed a lot already and we have never stepped down or stopped updating it and we never will stop.

We will make this into one of the greatest games in this type of genre that you have in your Steam library.

But in order to do that we also need feedback, if there is something that you want to change/remove/implement etc - tell us!

We get around 10-20 mails a day from people with ideas and other great stuff.

We want more mails!

Version 1.1 has been released! - Bugfixes

* Fixed a bug that caused guards to not work properly
* Fixed a bug that caused offices to change color when right clicking on them
* Fixed a bug with janitors that caused them to get stuck
* Fixed a bug with factories that caused boxes to go in the wrong direction
* Fixed a bug that made the crane not pick up boxes correctly
* Fixed a bug that caused electricians to be stuck in the air
* Fixed a bug with a joey that made him get stuck when going back home
* Fixed a bug that caused the train to not give enough rewards per box

Our goal is to have all the content available and implemented in version 2.0

Version 1.0 was good enough to be released on Steam (and to get out from early access) but we knew that there would be people who would appreciate that and those who wouldn't.

We have worked hard improve the overall game quality and we really believe that this is a great game and that it can only become better.

Suggestions and Ideas

Since we are still quite early in on the first real version we would like you to give us suggestions of what we can do better.

It seems like some people want more features and some other things.

We had a lot of communication with some of our customers and we really believe that getting out of the early access was a good decision, but remember that we will not stop updating the game until we reach ultimate awesomeness. We will probably give out 50 updates before the end of may and our goal is to reach at least 200/250 mb in content.

We are planning to release an update that will fix all buys + adding most of the features that people wanted us to implement when we were in the early access section. This update will be out today.

Basically the game you buy today or bought yesterday, will not be the same game tomorrow.

Version 1.0 (full version) has been released!

We are working really hard to take the next step in our plan.

The game is now out from the early access section and we have decided to release a "real" version and start from scratch with version 1.0

* Some minor bug fixes
* Added content
* Added new sounds
* Added more research options

Next up is the big update with more type of companies and all sorts of other things!

We will release a separate update with more achievements / trading cards and some other special features.

New gameplay video has been added + new images to represent the latest version of the game. The video however, seems to take some time converting.

What happens next..

When we started this we just wanted to create a small game where you could create a push button company and just play around.

However,

The game has grown a lot since we released it on Early Access and we don't want it to be just a small game anymore - we want to make into a really great game with as much content as you can possible imagine for this type of genre.

We have also had a lot of help from you guys who has reported bugs and mailed us with tons of ideas and features that you would like to have.

So therefore we have decided to do this:

The basic idea of the game that we wanted to create is now done. We have added everything we wanted to include from the beginning and now we want to move out from the early access section so that we can have even more pressure on us.

The next step is to make the game into something really different. You will be able to upgrade your way up to creating products and design your own things.

We have posted around 20 updates since we launched the game here on Steam and that is just 1 month of work.

When we launched the game it was 38 mb and now it is roughly 110 mb. We will work as hard as we can the following coming months to make this game as great as possible and as fun as possible.

And the best part is - We will never make any expansions or anything like that, you will be given everything when you least expect it!

Basically what this means is that:

We are going to start working on implementing "Box companies" and more multiplayer features.

UPDATE 10.0 - FINAL EARLY ACCESS UPDATE!

* You can now expand your company through researching
* Joey (weird guy) now works properly

We have fixed most of the bugs in the game and there shouldn't be anything that makes the game unable to be played correctly.

Now we will start the process to go out from early access section and once we have got an OK from Steam we will release our first official update that will include many more features and gamemodes that will make the game even more interesting.

We are going to release 10.0 today!

Since there has been a couple of bugs that has stayed since the beginning we decided to rewrite most of the code in the game.

5000 lines of code has been rewritten and we have gone through it 3-4 times to make sure everything is properly done.

Right now we have solved every single bug that has been known to us and we have also added a lot of new things to the game.

However, we have also changed how you progress in the game and the result is that those of you who has a company profile at the moment will automatically be transferred to a fresh start.

We have changed a lot of things to the better and we believe that this was something that had to be done.

So if you are reading this and have a profile that goes way back - Make sure you make it to the top list on the leaderboard and wait until 10.0 has been released.

*The score will be submitted when you go bankrupt

(This will not be the case in update 10.0 - the scoreboard will be live)

UPDATE 9.5 - EPIC MEGA MODE!

Since 10.0 will be the last early access update we wanted to enable the epic mega mode now and make sure that everything is working as it should before we proceed.

known bugs in UPDATE 9.0

People have reported these bugs, we are going to fix these ASAP!

- Employee list is not showing everything (not a bug..)
- workers do not go "through" elevators - (not a bug - build system, we will add this soon)
- Explosion on company sign has wrong color
- Color window not updating... (when recieveing money) - works OK though...
- Guards are buggy
- Sometimes boxes do not save correctly
- Factories cannot be customized
- Sometimes factory workers take weird paths to work
