We would like to thank you all for enjoying IEH as always! We have released IEH2 Playtest [ver. 0.3.0.0].
Please bear in mind that this new version will reset your progress, as we have made many changes to the balance of various systems and added some new content as well! We are looking forward to hearing all your feedback during this next playtest round!

As we announced previously, we decided to change the release date to be July 22nd.
Today, our original release date, we will start the new IEH2 Playtest! We have put together some appreciation gifts for the participants of new playtest.

For everyone who participates in the new playtest, you can get Steam Achievements and will be rewarded according to how many you can acquire at real release on July 22nd!

Hi, I'm Hitan from Hapiwaku the development team of Incremental Epic Hero!
Last month, we released the Playtest of Incremental Epic Hero 2.
We are tremendously grateful for all of your feedback, as more people participated in our playtest than we originally anticipated, you have helped us to make many positive changes to the game. Thank you so much for your help with that. However, our original timetable for completing certain objectives has, as a result, been delayed, and there are several more features and mechanics that we feel must be present in the game before we release it to early access.
This means that our original release date of June 10th is no longer feasible.

Official Launch on July 22nd and New Playtest Launch on June 10th!


Then we have determined the new release date on July 22nd.
We will also start the new IEH2 Playtest on June 10th! At that time, we will wipe the saves of IEH2 Playtest since we've added a lot of content and changed the balance around even for early game. We are really grateful for everyone participating in the IEH2 Playtest. I'm sorry that we need to reset the saves, so much has changed that in order to get the quality of feedback we need for further balancing, this is an unfortunate, but necessary, course of action. However, we’ll be distributing appreciation gifts in the June 10th patch for you all, as our way of saying thank you for participating and helping us make this game great!

So, if you already joined in IEH2 Playtest before June 10th, you will be able to play the new playtest from June 10th with super speed nitro (x3 speed, not x2). You will also get the starting boost with 3000 nitro on both new playtest and real launch! In addition, we will implement Steam Achievement in the new playtest, that will be the same as in the real launch. According to the number that you get the achievements, you will get the starting boost of Portal Orbs at the real launch too! (Portal Orbs are the limited items that you can get several amount per day from daily quests, and are used for entering dungeons, that is one of the greatest way to level heroes.)

Incremental Epic Hero 2 Playtest

Hi, I'm Hitan from the Hapiwaku IEH development team.
Today, we are pleased to announce a Playtest of Incremental Epic Hero 2!

We are currently targeting official launch date on June 10th 2022.
Toward that goal, we will conduct a public playtest for about a month. This will help us balance the game and improve other various aspects of the game in preparation for the official release.
Please try it and post any feedback! We are very active in Discord Community and open to hear your voice to improve the game and make it more fun! Even if you've never played IEH1, you will still enjoy IEH2 🙂

New Features


Though there are a lot of new features in IEH2, let me introduce some of them:

  • In addition to the original 3 characters, Warrior/Wizard/Angel, 3 new characters are in IEH2! Thief, Archer and Tamer.
  • A whole new prestige system for each class and the whole world!
  • A Town building system that allows you to boost upgrades, unlock new areas, and other parts of the game.
  • Chat feature in the game that makes gameplay more enjoyable!
  • New graphics with full HD widescreen and super optimized game performance!


A Completely New Game Compared to IEH1


When we first announced about IEH2 in IEH1 page just a year ago, IEH2 was going to be just a remaster of IEH1, but over the past year, IEH2 has become a completely new game compared to IEH1! After several alpha and beta tests, and thanks to our test team and players in Discord, the game has taken an amazing leap forward over the past year.

Hello everyone, thanks for enjoying Incremental Epic Hero on a regular basis! I also apologize for the delay in reporting the progress of the update. I'm currently spending time creating an internal library codings and securing human resources to work on it so that we can update it more efficiently.
The next update is scheduled for around August of this year. Also, we will be doing some collaborative updates with IEH2, so stay tuned!

Added : Expedition
- You can unlock Expedition and expand Expedition slots through completing a quest.
- After spending hours you selected, you will gain three kind of chests that include an Artifact or some materials for Artifacts.

Added : Artifact
- Artifacts have an unique effect and sometimes additional effects.
- Artifacts grow through spending time up to its max level.
- You can raise the max level by using some materials from chests.
- You can expand Artifact Slot and Inventory Slot with Reincarnation upgrades.
- Anti-magic Power now has no effect but will be an important factor for the future update Hidden-Challenge.

Message from Developer Kei
Hello, everyone. First of all, sorry for the long delay in updating.
In this update, there are some major changes to the system and the save system for continuous updates in the future . (As a result, the file size of the save data for the next update may become very large). As a result, various bugs have arisen and we are taking time to fix them. We apologize to everyone for the long wait.

I also want to let you know about the development of IEH2, which has already started, but rather than being a sequel to IEH1, it has been decided that it will be a game with completely new content (although the basic combat system will be the same). Therefore, IEH1 will continue to be updated continuously as well.

There are a couple of things that concern me about this update. First, a major system modification is changing the save system. It will not affect gameplay, but the size of the save file has been increased. There may also be some potential bugs caused by this. However, this is also necessary for us to keep this game updated for a long time, so we hope you understand.

About Future Update,
We will be adding more powerful challenge bosses as future updates. Like Curse Reincarnation, there will be restrictions on various stats. Also, higher tier stats will be available and you can enhance them with artifacts. Anti Magic Power will become very important in the next challenge boss.
