Inferno Livestream

In Dante's epic poem "Inferno"

from 700 years ago, Dante descends through nine circles of hell. The game follows this poem and includes many lines of poetry and images between levels.

The game

is a 3d puzzle game where the core mechanic is pushing blocks (sokoban style). Each circle has its own unique atmosphere, soundtrack, and puzzle mechanics. The full game has 125 levels, and you can play 20 of these in the Demo which is available during the steam next fest.

During the livestream

I will:

  • Play the demo and a few levels from the full game
  • Read some passages from the poem (the Longfellow translation)
  • Talk about puzzle design and my design philosophy for the game

Here's a trailer for the game:

Come say hi in the chat!

Inferno Livestream

"Inferno" is an upcoming puzzle game based on the epic poem by Dante Alighieri.

The demo releases on October 1, it contains 20 levels from the full game. Try it out for yourself on steam!

On stream I will play the demo and probably a few levels from the full game while chatting about anything that pops up.

I will also talk about puzzle design and the process of making the game (it's made from scratch without a game engine), and I'll answer any questions that may appear!
