Sniper Only Battle Royale - New Competitive Rewards
Hey Survivors!
We are going to start a small event today. As you might already be seen, we are changing the way how we do "weekend events". If not, check out the post right HERE.
We are going to change the Battle Royale map to Arizona V2 and turn on an event called Sniper Only but of course, you will find small weapons to fight the zombies. Little note to this: The loot is cached, so it could still spawn some other weapons. It will fix itself.
Also, the following will happen:
PVP: Hangar exchanged with School
Competitive: Competitive V2 Skinbox release
From now you will be able to obtain the new Competitive V2 Skinbox by winning a Competitive match. The previous skinbox will be legacy after.

Server Price Change - GC on Flea Market - Twitch Linkage
Hey Survivors!
We have made 2 important changes and 1 quality of life change to the game.
The first major change is going to be on the flea market. Normally you could sell and buy items for GD (Game Dollars) or SD (Survival Dollars) but now we have also enabled GC (Gold Coins), our Premium Currency, as an option.
How does it work? The same way how you sell or buy items for other currency.
The only difference is, you have to switch currency by pressing the little arrow next to the currency icon.
Right now we plan on having it online for a couple of weeks and leave it permanently if everything works fine.
The second big change goes to the private servers. We made an adjustment towards the basic prices by lowering everything by around 40%. We will keep monitoring how it will go with the number of rented servers and this can be adjusted if necessary.
Now we also finally added a button in your account management page on our website, where you can unlink your Twitch account by yourself without contacting support. This will hopefully make it easier for the players to control their linkages. https://playnewz.com/account

Weekend Event - Reworked
Hello everyone,
We come to you today with the news of the Weekend Event rework. Though it is a simple thing, it has become an issue and something unattractive to players, so we decided to rethink our approach to it. With that in mind, we will not be bringing any Weekend Events this weekend! But it is not going to be gone completely per se as we will be bringing other events, just not on fixed times on Weekends.
What is wrong with it now?
What we can currently do on Weekend Events are limited and therefore deemed boring by the community, in addition to making people miss out on them and pretty much limiting players to have to choose one event in one game mode. For example, if we have Super Airdrops enabled in Arcade and Sniper-Only Battle Royale matches, that would make players have to choose between participating in one or the other. Plus, when we have especial events, such as the latest Christmas Events, they tend to repeat themselves and make them feel less special than they should.
What will replace it?
The new events will always happen on weekends, but not necessarily exclusively on the weekends or every weekend. Some may start on Wednesday and end on Sunday or Monday, or start on Tuesday and end the next Monday, etc... That way we are able to make them a bit more complex, give more people a chance of participating in them, regardless of their personal schedules. For example, we can run a simple GD Skinbox drop event in Survival from Thursday to Monday, then parallel to that, a Twitch Drops event with a new skinbox from Wednesday to Sunday and a Double Reward in Battle Royale from Monday to Saturday. All that in one week, overlapping (or not), making it better for people to also participate in events in different game modes, opposite to how it was before.
When are the new events going to start?
In the beginning, we will be testing the waters with traditional and popular events during these dates and we will start expanding them and trying to create more complex events for more fun in different game modes.

Server Restart + Xmas Removal

We are preparing a server restart. This restart will contain the following:
- Xmas content removal - Xmas missions - Legacy skinbox removal from missions - Fixed the airport tower model - Fixed a bug where you were able to bring weapons from the Battle Royale lobby into the match - Fixed a bug where you would get "Unknown Error" in Survival while using the bus stops in Beginner Servers - Fixed a bug where it wasn't showing the correct details in the match history in Battle Royale - Fixed a building where players were able to glitch inside in Battle Royale Arena - Fixed some player spawns in Colorado Arcade - Removed some mission items
