    <*>New Special Region: The Gargantuan Eggs



  • When exploring in the desert, you will have a chance to find a region covered by piles of flesh and blood, with a gigantic egg silently sitting there
  • You may find this region only after defeating the third Swarm Lord
  • The Gargantuan Egg will be marked as a question mark (?) on your Radar HUD before it’s actually found
  • A previously defeated Swarm Lord will be hatched from the Egg when it's broken
  • The hatched Swarm Lord, although being a wild one, will grant the same reward as Mission Swarm Lords; the reward will also scale to the Risk Level
  • Upon entering the region, you will face suicidal, non-stop attack of insects from one direction; it will stop when the Egg is broken or until you have left the region

  • Each contains a Swarm Lord

  • Floating
  • Self-destructing explosion attack
  • Its explosion deals high damage to a large area

  • Marks of Mission Swarm Lords are now yellow, while Wild Swarm Lords having red marks
  • The Swarm will now not flee from the player when a Wild Swarm Lord is defeated
  • Increased spawn rate of Magma Zones; all special regions now have the same spawn rate
  • Obelisk transmutation speed increased by 25%
  • Armor repaired upon obtaining Crystal Shards reduced from 0.002 to 0.001
  • Energy replenished upon obtaining Crystal Shards reduced from 0.002 to 0.001

    • (Previous updates increased Crystal Shards Yield from minor insects by a considerable amount, and these two upgrades have become too overpowered since, so we are adjusting the numbers here)

  • New Special Region: Magma Zone


    • When exploring in the desert, you will have a chance to find a zone filled with blazing magma, guarded by a huge gecko emitting flame and heat
    • Insect eggs are pestering this region
    • You may find this region only after defeating the second Swarm Lord

    • This Guardian will only appear in the Magma Zone
    • Fire attacks
    • AOE attacks
    • Slower movement due to its colossal size
    • Has higher HP than other Guardians




  • New Blood Insect


    • This type of insect will only appear in the Magma Zone, or be hatched from the eggs in the Magma Zone

    • Optimized Swarms
    • Increased initial mining efficiency
    • Smart Weaponry now deals 100% Main Weapon damage per hit, increased from 60%
    • Badland region will only appear after defeating the first Swarm Lord
    • Increased despawn range of Guardians; Guardians will not despawn that easily when the player gets too far away from it
    • Increased visible range of HP bars for Swarm Lords and Guardians
    • Fixed a bug that the Landing Strike of the Mecha (when transforming from Ship mode) could deal incorrect damage to the Badland Guardian
    • Fixed a bug where the Arc Sphere would stop following the player upon returning to main menu and re-entering the game

  • New Special Region: Cactus Badland


    • When exploring in the desert, you will have a chance to find a badland with gigantic cacti, occupied by a spiky monster

    • This Guardian will only appear in the Badland
    • Mecha Slayer
    • Has pointy spikes covering its body, along with multiple agile tentacles
    • Deals damage to anything that collides with it
    • Attack relentlessly

    • This type of insect will appear around the Badland
    • Individuals of this insect type vary significantly in size
    • Killing them will yield doubled crystal shards

    • Greatly reduced HP of Guardians
    • Increased crystal obtained from killing Guardians
    • Size of Guardians now doesn’t scale to Risk Level
    • Crystal drop from killing Blood Insects of smaller size now benefits from 10% of your Crystal Shard Yield Bonus
    • Reduced Mecha resource consumption to 50% of previous numbers (We have received player feedbacks that addressed the Mecha resource consumption being frustrating. We will probably rework the Mecha system, and this change is a makeshift adjustment until the rework)

  • New Updated Special District: Oasis

    • When exploring in the desert, there is certain possibility to find an Oasis, and some kind of creature is guarding there




  • New Updated Insect Type: Guardian

    • Guardian only appears in special district
    • When approaching the Guardian, sign will be shown on HUD
    • Guardian has lower HP than Insect Lord, but its attacking damage is absolutely higher
    • Killing the Guardian can obtain a huge amount of resources




  • New added Oasis Guardian

    • The Guardian only exists in Oasis
    • The size of Guardian can be as large as Insect Lord
    • Low moving speed but high damage per attack




  • New Insect

    • This kind of insect appears near the Oasis
    • The size of insect is above average level and it has higher HP
    • They appear in swarm
    • Killing insect can obtain double crystal shards

    • Lower the dust degree in the environment
    • Obelisk challenge range increase by 25%
    • Teleporting back to base will be canceled if you switch armor during the process
    • Modified the bug of unlocalized prompt [Cargo compartment is full]
    • Modified the bug of partially-missed localization prompt [Save Complete]
