It has been quite a while since we Release the Insurgence and since the latest update. And there are some people who ask us via twitter & facebook about the future of this game, and here we are will explaining and answer some of the questions.
Q: Will the game receive Chinese localization? A: At this time we can't promise for Chinese localization. But we already
think we will add Chinese language for the second series.
Q: Will the game receive Indonesia localization? A: Not promise this, but there are big possibilities since huge chunk of our player is from Indonesia. (2nd largest after USA)
Q: Will the game receive another updates? A: Definitely, currently we are busy for Indie Game Maker Contest 2018, so we will start Updating and Fixing any remaining reported bugs & glitches next month.
Q: What update you will bring to the game in future? A: We are planning to expand the Game, so in future there are
more area to explore and also a possibility of we will add another
Prequel chapter in future.
Q: What about Insurgence 2 or Arc 2? A: We will start Developing the Second Arc of Insurgence in January or February. We currently developing the Framework for the Insurgence 2 with bunch of new feature and new battle system and test the Framework with short game for the IGMC 2018.
Q: You mention new features for Insurgence 2, What is it? A: Insurgence 2 will feature Crafting, Cooking, Alchemy, Smithing features and also will feature a new battle system and many more feature in future
Q: When is Insurgence 2 will be released? A: Too early to asking that to be honest, First Insurgence developed for almost 2 years, but since we already learn a lot and now we have a solid foundation and framework for the second game, it should be faster but we think it safe to say in one or two years, since we'd like to polish the game more and try to learn from our mistake in first game for sure
