She is known as the handstand girl that works at HandStar Broadcasting as a reporter.
Her physical strength is unknown, but she never seems tired from doing handstands.
She's down for whatever. She seems to like ramen.
Mike
From the studio, he moderates and supports Urara's reporting and interviews.
He works at HandStar Broadcasting as the announcer.
He is a serious, good-natured young man who seems easily swayed by Urara's carefree attitude.
Other Characters
In the stages ahead, robot and mermaid-like characters will appear.
We can't disclose the details, but we will say that each character has a distinctive personality, and they are entertaining.
A few more words from the developer
Futinuro(Character Design)
I tried to keep in mind to design them so that their individuality stands out, with "cute" being the most essential factor! I hope Players will enjoy playing the main story of the game as well!

【Invercity #5】Everything is inverted except for you!
The inverse gravity puzzler「Invercity」was recently released.
In this issue, we will present equipment regarding『Streamer Mode』.
Once the handstand is canceled, she wraps around to the right side of the boxes and pushes them to the left...

After climbing the stairs, there is a closer gap to the next platform. Jump over the platform to reach the goal.
So, how do you feel about that?
Was there a sense of confusion with unfamiliar rules about the handstand that comes to mind, or a sense of relief after understanding them? That is the absolute pleasure of puzzles.
Inverted Broadcast
From here is where the real fun of puzzles lies. Another distinctive feature is「Inverted Broadcast」.
When she presses the switch, the announcer will flop over the monitor.
Of course, it is not just that everything that appears to be there is upside down.
Urara, who was on the ground, appears on top, so she falls to the bottom of the railing, which was up towards the sky a moment ago.
It is difficult to understand even if you read these words. So, let's look at the puzzle.
So, how should she proceed with this one? Let's think about it again for a moment.
The goal is at the upper right. The inverted girl is just there for placement.
The red platforms and switch are all there.
↓↓The answers are below.↓↓
Here is the answer
To reach the other red platforms, use「Inverted Broadcast」to fall connect to the other platforms.
Please forgive me if it may have been difficult to answer the question with only images without understanding the distance of her jumps.
Other Gameplay Mechanics
The fun of puzzles will continue to spread as more challenges are added in the stages ahead.
Players may think, "That seems difficult..." but the required puzzles are moderately complex. We created them so that Players can progress as long as they try them.
We have also prepared some complex puzzles for those who want to challenge themselves after clearing the game, so those who are good at puzzles and those who are not can enjoy playing!
Puzzler.K
I was in charge of creating the puzzles. Throughout the game,『Handstand』and『Inverted Broadcast』are used they bring life to the stages! We hope you enjoy the puzzles, the cityscape that spreads across the stages, and the unbelievable worldview~!

【Invercity #4】Handstand phenomenon causes panic in the city...??
The inverse gravity puzzler「Invercity」was recently released on STEAM.
『Handstand Decent Phenomenon』began in the city. It appears everyone is in trouble with random things becoming inverted due to the phenomenon on the rise.
Announcer Mike moderates the broadcasts in support.
Reporter Urara sets off to investigate and gather information to report...
Yep, Urara is fired up about her reporting duty.
What about the people of the city?
Undoubtedly, they are troubled by the inverted phenomenon on the rise.
Urara interviews all the residents of the city as she progresses.
Yeah, it seems that the residents are still dealing with turmoil.
That's the general tone of this work.
A lighthearted story unfolds with adorable characters and a chill atmosphere.
The second half of the game is highly anticipated, especially after seeing the dialogue from World 2 and onwards.
It's a nice little break from solving action-packed puzzles.
A few more words from the developer
Marudice
My goal was to create a lighthearted, funny story!
I would be pleased if Players could laugh a little at it too!

Updated to v1.5
Fixed an unintended solution of puzzles.
Fixed a bug that conversational text was not displayed at all in language areas that use commas as decimal points.
Ah, this game looks interesting! I want to broadcast it!
But it is not good to post spoilers!!
Not sure which is considered to be called a spoiler...
I don't understand it at all~~!!
※A streamer spent 3 minutes recording the protagonist, Urara(permission granted)
『Streamer Mode』was created from the desires of streamers.
As written on the Steam Store page:
To post or stream images and videos using the play screen and audio are fully allowed. However, please always play with the in-game option "Streamer Mode" enabled.
※Only spoiler parts of the story will be automatically skipped. Captures in non-streamer mode can also be used by cutting the spoiler parts.
In other words, streamers can freely stream the game as long as this mode is enabled.
The game automatically skips spoilers we do not wish to be streamed, which would typically take some time to cut while editing.
It can only be switched on from the in-game option.
The rules are simple, so no worries about making mistakes.
It would be best if you have your own streaming channel to stream the game from.
A few more words from the developer
Marudice The story event in the final stage is the only part that is skipped in『Streamer Mode』. Streamers can enjoy the game midway with their audience, or they can work together to solve puzzles. We hope everyone will enjoy playing the game!

【Invercity #2】Now available on Steam!Interview while doing a handstand!?
Inverted gravity puzzler「Invercity」's Steam version is scheduled for release on 11/10 (next Thursday)!
The protagonist Urara, is a broadcasting reporter who gathers information on the "handstand phenomenon." We will present a little bit of the stages.
The first stage is called「Hand Star City」where Urara and the others live.
Urara strolls through the park and to the train station as the train goes by.
The graphics of this game have vividly drawn pixel art, giving it a sense of a worldview that pops out.
This is Main Street of the city. Buildings are lined up, and larger buildings increase. The residents are surprisingly carefree.
Now, this is the rooftop of the building.
Surprisingly, the residents stick to the ceiling...
Just realized we're standing in the same building.
The building springing up from top to bottom is impressive. This can only happen in an inversed gravity game.
Factory
The stage changes, and we move on to the laboratory. It appears there is a deserted science laboratory called「Inverse Technologies Ltd.」.
The conveyor belt transports containers.
The company's name suggests it is in logistics business development.
On the other hand, mysterious machines and smoke are spewing from the pipes.
Guess that's not abnormal...
The shutter and package are side-by-side.
The vibe of the factory drastically changed when going to the underground factory.
The racks are loaded with highly huge packages.
A lift is operated along with a high-powered laser, which is also operated by the power source for the entire factory.
More stages ahead
There are more stages ahead that can be ventured to, like a beach area or seeing how gorgeous the city looks at night.
Here are a few images to present.
A few more words from the developer
Marudice While making this game, we carefully did not let the stage graphics hinder the game's hands-on experience! The setting of this work is in the middle of a modern city. We are pleased to have created a slight sense of the role of the facilities and the lifestyle of its inhabitants!
Afterwords
And on that note,【Invercity #2】was presented this time, so what did you think of it?
The STEAM Store page is now available. After 2 years of development, the game is finally being released!
Please be sure to check it out if you're interested!
Updated to v1.2
Fixed a bug that caused a loud noise when the staff roll started.
W5-E-1 Removed a switch that was irrelevant to the puzzle.
【Invercity #1】Release date now decided!
The release date for the gravity-inverted puzzle game『Invercity』is scheduled for 11/10(Thursday)!
『Invercity』is a puzzle action game in which players solve puzzles by entirely using a handstand.
Players must master 2 unique actions『Handtand』and『Inverted Broadcast』while venturing into a mysterious city.
Handstand
In『Handstand』mode, all the objects become inversed by gravity except for the Player.
When a person does the handstand, the sky appears upside down, so this view is natural。
Inverted Broadcast
When the switch is hit, the announcer will appear and flip the monitor over.
Thus...the Player goes from performing a "handstand" to "hanging"!
As expected since this is what it would look like.
A "handstand" would look like "hanging" if seen from the reverse side.
The charm of the game
Along with using an 『handstand』to solve puzzles, the addition of the 『Inverted Broadcast』makes this a unique puzzle game that has never been done before.
The two gameplay mechanics turn things upside down, so the sensation of getting your head mixed up is refreshing.
I will share more details about the characters and the story in a future issue! Please look forward to it!
