Before You Play - Check this out
Menu for Save states and Controller configuration can be accessed by pressing alt+Enter.
On the top part you will be able to find Display settings for windowed mode, a long a filter if you don't like the hard pixel look of the game.
You can play 2 players co-op; the game is compatible with Xbox 360 controllers as well as most general USB controllers.
Save State can be saved a loaded at any given time of the game.
NOTE:
If somehow when you exit Full Screen mode and the menu bar is off screen, please press shift key and right click at the same time the game icon on the start bar. That will give you a new menu, click move and move the screen with the keyboard arrows or mouse until you can see the menu bar. You then will be able to see the mentioned settings available.
If you have problems with slow downs, skipping and lagging, go to your graphics card settings and on the 3D section, set them to "Performance"; that should fix any issues.
