Commander, the latest Situation Report has just arrived!
In this update we made the process of changing your profile picture more straightforward. The option to change your avatar is now highly visible, and we've confirmed that prompts will be clearly seen, no matter the color of your uploaded picture.
In addition, we addressed an issue where incorrect particle effects were displayed during naval combat. When your GPU settings are set to Medium-High and there's a naval battle, you'll see the correct water splash effects.
Finally, we fixed a formatting issue in Newspaper articles written over multiple lines. Now, texts will be formatted appropriately across separate lines or sentences as you'd expect.

The time has come to strike quick and strike hard! Cancel all your plans and prepare for some short nights and long fights over the supremacy of Europe in this week's 4x speed event! If no player or coalition has achieved a regular victory within 14 days, the player with the most victory points is declared the winner. The end time is displayed in the game information within the newspaper and as a countdown on the right side of the screen.

Commander, the latest Situation Report has just arrived!
We’ve adjusted the defensive behavior of stealth units. Stealth units stationed in a province center were able to get locked into combat with attacking armies, without being revealed in the process. To avoid this confusing situation, stationary, defending stealth units are always revealed to the attacker. This happens regardless of whether they are stationed in a province center, or part of a larger army with other, visible units.
Multiple unit-related bugs were fixed. Harpies can no longer be converted outside of allowed areas. Also, when a convertible unit is part of a larger army, giving a conversion command now only converts eligible units. Selecting the deployment button on the Titan multiple times is no longer possible, which prevents an error message.
We also fixed an issue that caused the health bar in the unit label to display a higher amount of hitpoints than actually available. Now the health bar will accurately reflect the hitpoint-value displayed in the Army Bar. And finally, the message notification icon for the alliance chat will now display the correct number of new messages.

Release notes - 2023-09-19
Commander, the latest Situation Report has just arrived!
In this update, we've made some important changes to the game's balancing along with a few bug fixes. We've adjusted the availability of research items, making it easier for you to progress in the game. The time between research levels has been reduced, allowing more items to be available earlier and more closely to each other.
We've also fixed a bug where converting units outside of a province would cause issues. Now, the "Convert" button will be hidden once a moving command is issued to a convertible unit and conversion won't be allowed if the unit isn't in a conversion area.
Last but not least, we've fixed a problem where the settings drop-down menu wouldn't close when clicked again. Now, it will properly close when you click on it a second time.

The time of peace in Europe is slowly coming to an end as the struggle for political domination over the continent is leading to a path of war. Take control of a historical nation in the year of 1914 and prepare for an all out conflict that will not be decided by defensive trench warfare, but by bold and aggressive Mech commanders!
With 32 nations in total and regular gamespeed The Great War event will reward those who can balance bold military expansion and economic growth with skillful diplomatic wit.
Europe 1919 Free For All

In this event you will know no friends, only foes: On a 26p map with the ‘anonymous round’ feature enabled and no coalitions you will be pitted against all other 25 players in a struggle for survival.
The event maps will start immediately after their creation with random country selection enabled and will run at normal speed. Players are flagged as inactive after 2 days. Please note that this event will also have a fixed runtime of 6 weeks:
If no winner is determined before time is up, the player with the highest total of victory points wins and receives a generous gold prize.

Commander, the latest Situation Report has just arrived!
The recent adjustments to the in-game value system have prompted us to implement some necessary additional changes to the economy. We've seen that rare materials and manpower have lost value after we lowered the cost of units and research. We're tweaking costs across all areas, like buildings, industry and research, to fix this.
Great news for our mobile Commanders! We have turned on the Production Flow feature for all players on mobile devices. Just click the “produce” button to start using it.
Lastly, we've fixed some important bugs. These include a problem with the progress bar for time-based tasks, high health values hiding behind the coalition flag, and a bug that happened when pressing the "W" key in provinces.
