This is an announcement regarding some additions to the contents of the maintenance that was planned for the 20th of May. Maintenance will proceed as planned on the 20th of May from 14:00 ~ 15:00 (KST), but the following contents have been added.
Matchmaking Rollback
After two weeks of being live, listening to all of the feedback from our many users, and various internal discussions, we have come to the conclusion that the update made on the 4th of May in order to try and improve the games matchmaking has not been able to maintain user satisfaction. As a result we have decided to roll back the matchmaking system to what it was prior to the update on the 4th of May.
Moving forward, we will continue to improve on the identified issues and will be more cautious when proceeding with future updates.
We are sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience caused.
EXP/GP Boosting Event
This weekend there will be a boosting event. All EXP and GP gains will be boosted by 50% during the event.

1.Battle Pass Season 4
There are only a couple more days left until Season 4 is finished and you will no longer be able to level up the Ultramarine Battle Pass. Make sure you have all of the items you want before the season ends, as all of the items in the Battle Pass will no longer be obtainable once the season concludes!
Please check the above times carefully to make sure you don't miss out on anything in the Battle Pass!
2.Ranked Mode Season 4
Ranked Mode Season 4 will also be concluding on May 12th.
Following the end of Season 4, Ranked Mode will enter the off-season.
Ranked Rewards will be distributed according to the placements at the time of the seasons conclusion, and the top 50 players on the leaderboard will receive a unique weapon to show off their dedication. The final rankings will be announced once the placements have been confirmed, and the rewards will be delivered shortly after that.

Bug fixes and improvements
Server Maintenance
Fixed a bug with thrown weapons deflecting off of characters.
Fixed a bug allowing players to zoom in and out while using an emote during a match
Reduced the chance of getting stuck when jumping onto complex map geometry
Matching Balance
The matchmaking system will now better separate high level and low level users. (As a result, queue times may increase during less active times)
Added an option to only search for matches on the nearest server. (For example if you live in NA on the West Coast, with this option enabled you will only join lobbies on the West US Servers)
Even if a players account level is low, if there KD ratio is high they may be placed with higher level players.
When matchmaking as a party, matchmaking will be based on the highest level in the party.
The mode selection screen automatically pops-up when pressing the Find Match button for the first time.

We know everybody has been curious about what kind of rewards they can get for competing in Season 4 of Solo Ranked, and we are very happy to finally be able to share them with you now!

Client Optimization and Multithreaded Rendering
We have improved the engine pipeline in order to allow for higher performance, improved rendering, and less frame drops. We are still improving the feature and many modifications have been made to the engine so we have added a temporary option to toggle Multithreaded Rendering On/Off in the Video Options tab. By activating this option, the game should make the most of your computers resources (CPU, GPU) and improve performance noticeably.
If you encounter any problems, please deactivate the option for now.
