That’s right - this coming weekend, you can jump into our game and see what all the sus is about for yourself! Check out our host of cute, but tricksy fungi characters; try out their many crafty, deadly abilities and see which role could have you fooling everyone around you. There will also be dev play sessions, where you can play with our team and pick up pro tips, or show them a few crafty tricks of your own…

Starting today, we are rebranding to Who’s Who?
Still the funniest and most action-packed multiplayer game, but with a NEW name. Stay alert to become the last non-NPC standing in the biggest hide and seek game of this year.

Welcome, everyone, to our Is It You? Steam community!
Prepare to enter a fun-gi-verse that will keep you on your tricksy toadstools. Will you work together or against each other as you uncover the true criminal mushroom masterminds hiding in your ranks?
Here’s the low-down on what else you can expect in our game:
The What? Is It You? pits 8-15 players against each other in a single game where everyone is suspect. Solo players and groups of up to 9 can be formed in a public game to sus it out. If you’re looking to play with friends, a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 players can start a private game.
Our game has in-game proximity voice chat, giving you opportunities to draw out even more secrets from the enemy.
A match ends when a team wins.
The Who? You’ll spawn into a match, aligned with either the Truffle Squad team, the Shady Shitake team or on your own as a Lone Mushroom.
There are several roles available in the Truffle Squad and Shady Shitake team, and you’ll be randomly assigned one when you launch into a game. Each role features special abilities, which will help you to survive and root out the true nefarious fungi. From providing protective shields, reviving a dead player to influencing the vote of another player during a meeting – there’s plenty to test out and flex your way to victory with.
For the Lone Mushroom, there’s only 1 role right now – The Trickster.
The How? How can you win a match of Is It You? There are a few ways to win, depending on which side you’re on…
If you’re a part of the Truffle Squad, work together using your abilities, to reveal the Shady Shitake culprits and eliminate them! You can also win if players collect enough orbs to open the escape portal and enough members of the Truffle Squad make it through. Good luck, Squad!
If you’re on Shady Shitake team, have fun sowing the seeds of deception while taking out your fellow fungi. You’ll win if the number of Shady Shitakes is equal to, or greater than the number of Truffle Squad players left, and the Lone Mushroom is eliminated. Happy mushroom picking, team Shady!
The Lone Mushroom needs no ally, but they’re Trickster by name, tricksy by nature. If they’re voted out – they win! Keep those tricks smart, LM!
Who will reign as the champignon? Only time will tell!
The Where? Each match plays out in a woodland realm full of treasures and treachery. Seek out items dotted around the map to help activate your abilities, or, if you’re in the Truffle Squad, keep an eye out for the precious orbs that can be your ticket to safety. And, if you’re hiding from or seeking out another player, don’t forget to make use of the trees, plants and terrain of the map – whatever your motives…
The When? Is It You? will be coming here, on Steam, this August! You can add us to your Wishlist now, so you don’t miss out, and stay tuned for the official release date!

It’s a wrap, everyone! Is It You’s very first Demo has ended. We would like to thank everyone who has played the game either solo or together with your friends. Over the course of Steam’s Next Fest:

Are you ready to dropkick your friends into oblivion? Then you’re in luck - Our Demo for Is It You? Is now available to play, for one week only, exclusively in Steam’s Next Festival!

Police and Thief Mode:
There are many wonderful treasures on display in the museum! You can become a thief and steal treasures secretly from the police or if you don't like it, be a Police officer and catch the thieves.
Where’s Everybody Mode:
In a space where everyone pretends to be an NPC, look for people who behave weirdly! You should never let your guard down until you become the last one.
