Happy anniversary - One year ago today (March 27th, depending on when you read) we announced the idea for IWOCon.
Thank you for all the support! We have been overwhelmed by all love people are showing in places especially as such a tiny team doing this voluntarily to help the indie community. It has been such a blast seeing people play and light up over indie game booths & wishlist new things-- people are finding lots of cool indie games to look into. We are very excited to see IWOCon grow with future versions.
Even though we are all very very tired we stayed up really late to get out this patch out for you guys. :)
Shhh - did you know, there are some really big prizes to win inside IWOCon this week? Maybe something tech with a high value & games bundles valued in triple digits? Hmmmmm...probably just a rumor from the ocean breeze...maybe you can ignore it.

Reminder: Videos in the convention are streamed from Youtube (or else the file would have been so much bigger). We have no control in the app for this volume as a result since it is up to Youtube.
Pro-tip: there are actually a lot of things you won't know you can do without using the tutorial. For instance, did you know you can glide??? Or see a booth tracker?
Being in the air can let you see some extra -secrets- you may not see otherwise... :o

Patch #2 - IWOCon 2021
* Pressing J now respawns to start location even while sailing a ship. No more getting "lost at sea," you can always find your way back with one of you infinite pirate lives.
* Fixed first person camera view for avatars with longer hair (no longer clipping hair in the way).
- Note: if you decide you want a gigantic hat, well hats off to you if you manage to explore some in first-person! Challenge: let us see how far you can get before walking into the water!
* Changed first quick travel menu (Main Island West) to include all maps instead of just the other Main.
* Ship portals no longer require Y/N confirmation. Just sail through them to load desired level.
* Added roller coaster map marker to booth tracker (in splinter Heart Islands East) and big sign above it so you can spot the entry faster - Love Islands.
* Fixed dying in the park area next to GWB booth (Main Island East) where you would die when collecting the hats.
* Fixed Adam's Ascending trailer - Love Islands.
* Closed one booth on Gamepad.
* Did some tweaks to the Calorie Defenders booth area to help prevent crashes.
* Water respawn in tutorial now works as intended.
Patch #1 - IWOCon 2021
* J works in tutorial (when it is time to learn about J that is).
