Loyalty Discounts Up Again

We finally got the Loyalty Discounts working again and they will be active until the 8th of June.

Apparently other dicounts cancled the Loyalty Discounts and we needed help from Steam to get it fixed and setup new discounts.

We wanted to make an announcement as we know a lot of people have waited for the discount to be reactivated so just sending this out to let you know :)


New update EA v 0.2.2

Hi all,

We wanted to get you a quick "small" update out here fixing a bunch of things found in this first week of early access.

We have a lot of great feedback and constructive feedback, and we are still going through it all. But we picked various issues and improvements.

You can check out the change log as a sticky in the top of the forum.

Improvements:


  • Allowing modders to add new units, weapons and items vs. only changing
  • Item icons; weapon icons and unit portraits are now externalized and moddable inside StreamingAssets
  • Map visuals updated
  • New unit portraits
  • Showing “no cover” indicator
  • Made more clear which NPC’s can be spoken to with speech bubble over head
  • Hire button now flashes when returning to Strategic Map for the first time
  • The game now warns you before starting a new game if you have a savegame already
  • The quest log under the map can now be scrolled
  • Not hitting objects that are too close when missing a shot (e.g. crate right in front of merc)
  • Rotated the minimap 45 degrees, to make navigation more intuitive (WIP - deactivated enlarge function)

  • Mercs no longer stay in your squad on the map screen after they die
  • Control screen updated with proper font, also shows how to select multiple units
  • Enemy hover and right-click menu now shows the correct bonuses

  • Removed calculation of remaining AP, as it was more confusing than helpful
  • Fixed the mouse over units when shooting to not show wrong AP
