Quick update which adds some features and a couple of changes.

• Steam screenshots support added. Press F12 to take one.
  
• Added new fullscreen resolutions for oversized monitor.
  
• Alt+F4 now exits the game.
  
• "Immortal" achievement fixed, now you can get it even if you use a deathbomb.
  
• Slightly adjusted the deathbomb time window to make it more challenging. Be aware that the duration still changes based on the difficulty setting and the amount of aura the character has.
