Hello everyone.
We've seen reports of performance issues in John Wick Chronicles while people are playing the game. We are currently performing a frame rate overview, looking into the different reports we have received and investigating their cause.
If you are experiencing any issues yourself we would appreciate it if you could forward us a DxDiag dump and send an e-mail to support@starbreeze.com for us to review. Meanwhile we will continue to monitor the community hub for additional reports.
How to create a DxDiag dump
1. Hold down the "Windows Key" (between left ctrl and alt) and press "R"
2. In the Run window, type "dxdiag" and press enter.
3. Click "Save All Information..." and chose where to save the file.
4. Attach the saved file to an email, include what FPS you usually reach and how you percieve the games performance, and send to support@starbreeze.com
