Hey all, small patch that adds a much-requested feature:

- Instant rematch option at the end of every match (Both players must ready-up for another Best-of-3 match, if one player leaves the option disappears)

Other tiny tweaks:

- Minor changes to some animations
- Layout fixes to the leaderboards

PREVIEW: Update 1.1 - "Last Juan Standing"


Hey all!

First off, thanks for playing Juan v Juan. I love you.

Now, about the future of the game! So, the game launches on August 3rd and there's lots of stuff to do in the game already -- mostly trash talking your friends while you destroy them -- but we're already looking forward to adding new features and content.

Here's what we have planned for the not-so-distant future:

  • "Last Juan Standing" Tournament Mode - We'll be adding a tournament mode to the game, allowing larger groups to join a single lobby. Players will be broken into 1v1 matches in a tournament-style bracket, with the winners moving on and taking on the winners of other matches. Eventually, only one Juan will be left!
  • New Outfits - There's so many potential outfits for Juan that we'll probably never run out of material. Additional outfits will be added over time, and they'll be unlockable at current XP levels.
  • New Perks - We have plenty of ideas for new perks that will add to the dueling experience. Things like decoys, smoke screens, and other active and passive perks are on the way!
  • New Stages - New places to duel! If you're tired of spilling blood on in the same places you won't have to wait long for new locales!


And yes, all these additions will be free updates to the base game.
