Yarr! Today we have another small update that changes a lot of things and fixes two of most critical bugs. Movement should not stop early after jumping and should feel much more responsive and smooth. Another major change was with post processing efects, that made everything sharper.
Changes: Added decorations to most of levels Reworked reverse tower area Changed hitboxes. Ruperts belly is smaller now. (Don't worry. Not visibly! We love him as he is.) Changed textures in reverse towers location Added new backgrounds in first location. Charging is now faster Bugfixing: Fixed Bug that caused hard difficulty to not change its properties. Fixed major bug with blurry textures. Fixed major bug that caused resetting jump early after charging.

I am very happy to bring you new major update for JumpBeard. I have made many Changes with game since initial release that already changes so much. Today we have something new and special. Lets get into it.
Major additions:
Steam Achievements! You will be able to get 13 achievements on your journey with more added in the future!
Remote play together! What is better than falling from windy chimney back down to your lovely friend trader? Of course being thrown down there by your friend!
Steam input! I have prepared for your preset of steam input so you can play from your couch with controller!
Changes:
Moved Trader NPC and reworked his texture.
Minor changes in map terrain.
Minor changes in backgrounds.
Removed some lights that were glitching outside.
Spider shaman has got his first words.
Changes in menu that made texts more readable
Updated timer. It now shows time in better format.
With these steam additions I started to toy with new features like local cooperation. I will showcase them here in future updates!

Ahoy! I'm back with another update for JumpBeard! With help of your feedback, I was able to make so many changes. I am very happy to announce, that this is the last update of this major version. Again I have improved many gameplay issues that caused inconveniences!
Updated ending animation. (Congratulations to the world first finisher of the game!)

For the next update I have something special for you. As I have previously mentioned. Update 0.8 will bring you achievements so you can have something else to do while leaping. But with small changes I made, you will be able to play JumpBeard with controller thanks to the steam input! Everything is prepared for you to enjoy the game from your couch! Charging jumps is now at fixed value. Jumping will feel easier and more smooth with this change.

And now to our plans. During next week we can expect big update 0.8 that will bring you achievements. I was working on many achievements that will both make you laugh and cry. With achievements I expect to change backgrounds in every location you travel through. Fixing those black lines everywhere. With achievements will come statistics and leaderboards. They are already kinda working, but you will truly notice them in that update. During next month or two you can expect update 0.9. This one will bring you a new location to jump and many functions. Remote play and full controller support! Everything stated in this section is subject to change, but we will continue co expand and grow! Yarr!
