Hey everyone! We recently pushed a bunch of fixes you had brought to our attention, so thank you for doing that! Hopefully it plays better all across the board, please keep the feedback coming so we can make this game the best it possibly can be.

JJR 1.11 Update and SALE!

Hi Guys, we're happy to release the latest update to JJR, that includes new PvP Arena and Race Modes. The game is also currently $4.94 so please go pick it up if you've been putting it off!

Arena Modes
Get The Cookie
Battle with your friends to collect Cookies around the level, and bring them back to feed the Piggy Bank for points. Don't get killed, or you'll drop your cookies!

Death Match
Classic Death Match, first to 5 kills wins. The best defence is a good offence, kill or be killed!

Territories
Capture Territories to earn points, and defend it against aggressors. Defence is key in this one!

Race Modes
Race with up to 4 players on 16 different courses to determine the fastest Dino in the Galaxy!

Changes
Added a new "Kick Flip" move, mapped to Shoulder Buttons on the controller. This is most useful for PvP, but also can be used in the main campaign to defend yourself against projectiles, or reflect items.
Changes to Co-Op Design - Players are now in a 'ghost' state when dead, and will respawn automatically after a few seconds.
Re-balanced several of the later levels, smoothing out the spikes in the difficulty curve.
Added 2 New Levels to add a bit more length to the campaign.
Reduced Prices on Hats / Heads
Cleared leaderboards for a few of the levels, and the Adventure, RageQuit & Speedruns
Fixed bug with “Better Together” Achievement

Version 1.1: Introducing PvP Arena and Race Modes!

Hi Guys, we're happy to release the latest update to JJR, that includes new PvP Arena and Race Modes.

Arena Modes


Get The Cookie

Patch Notes: v1.0.4

In the latest builds we've fixed a number of small bugs, mainly with regards to local co-op.

Changes include:
* Co-Op Fix: Players could lose control after collecting a secret item
* Co-Op Fix: Players can get stuck in Floor when warping to Finish Line.
* Co-Op Fix: Warps can not be triggered while collecting a Secret Item
* Fix: Broken Title Screen w/ Pink Squares
* Controller Support: Updated InControl Additional Controller Profiles Added

We've also fundamentally changed the way that Co-Op works. We've gotten rid of the checkpoint-respawn system, and now, when you die, you will be turned into a ghost. You can still move around, but can't interact with the world or collect coins.

After 5 seconds, you regain full control of your character. Only if all players dia at once, will you need to restart at a checkpoint.

The main reason we did this was to improve the 'flow' of co-op, we found it could be quite boring waiting to respawn, especially in Boss fights, or in smaller challenge rooms that don't have many checkpoints.

Patch Notes: v1.0.2

We've pushed an update today with a number of bug fixes and small tweaks.

Theses include:
* Change: Removed off-screen coins from Seedmore and Globowski
* Change: Reduced number of stars required to play Final Boss by 5% (from 81 > 75)
* Fix: Linux crash on Bonus Platforms & Switching Scenes
* Fix: Music not looping in end levels
* Fix: Bug with 126 stars instead of 123 (Leaderboard Planet was being counted)
* Fix: No longer will set screen size > native screen resolution
* Fix: Flickeing on BossHealthBar when filling up
* Fix: Added workaround for WarpDoors triggering when not on door (needs testing / confirmation)
* Fix: Missing text for Japanese and Korean locales
* COOP Fix: Camera would not center properly on all players if player 1 died
* COOP Fix: Players not spaced correctly when respawned at checkpoints
* COOP Fix: Player-On-Player collisions disabled on Easy Mode

Launch Date: April 22nd

Hey guys, we're happy to announce that JumpJet Rex is set to launch April 22nd!

One final update will be coming this week, with all of the remaining content, and then next week we launch!

Update #4: SpeedRun Rex!



This update contains a bunch of new features and content, including an all new game mode for SpeedRun afficianados, as well as an “Easy” mode for the lesser mortals out there.

New Build coming tomorrow!

Hey guys, we have a new maintenance build posted in the "preview" branch.

It includes several small updates, including:
* Keyboard Control Mappings
* Audio / Visual Settings
* Fixes for Rex getting stuck in walls
* Improved "First Play Experience"
* Redesign Tutorial Flow
* Wiped Leaderboards

If everything looks good in testing tonight, we'll post it live tomorrow!

We're breaking the usual update cycle to bring you a little maintenance patch.
