Hello Kalonline Players.

We will guide you details regarding current game operation policy.

1. Sanctions case for disturbing a hunting
- Taking a boss monster or other monsters into a safe area intentionally
- Without hunting the monster, a player bring monsters then other player have a damage or die
- Monopolizing job change quest items, major quest items and/or certain areas.
- Disturbing the hunting of other characters in a certain areas
- Stealing a monster while other characters are hunting monsters.

2. Sanctions case to chargeback or refund
- Cancel a jewel purchase

If you violate the above,
please be careful about using the game because there are disadvantages according to the operating policy.

And if you do damage due to the above by another character,
please send 1: 1 CS with attached screenshots or video.
