Suspension of the Ranked Race Event – June 6
Hey Racers,
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience with the Ranked Race Event.
We have identified an issue where intermittent server crashes would occur due to an issue with the Ranked Race. In order to provide a stable server environment, we have decided to suspend the event.
As compensation for the event's suspension, the 1st Place reward for the event will be given out to all Racers. An additional reward is also under review and will be announced separately.
The Ranked Race event will return after the cause of the issue has been identified and addressed, and will be shared with a future announcement.
June 6 Suspension of the Ranked Race Event
Details: The Ranked Race Event has been suspended in order to address server stability issues.
All Racers that log into KartRider: Drift after the maintenance is completed and prior to 23:59 UTC on June 9, 2024 will receive one Special Outfit Box #2 and three +10 Proficiency Plus Tickets through the in-game mailbox.

Earn Trophies by completing Daily and Normal Challenges by racing in KartRider: Drift.
Each Challenge has different requirements, and may also impose additional conditions to complete.
Not all Challenges award the same number of Trophies. The number varies based on the difficulty or complexity of the Challenge.
Daily Challenges can be completed once per day, and begin and expire at 12:00 AM UTC.
Normal Challenges can be completed once during the noted period, and will not reset.
Leaving a race before it is completed will not count towards Challenge progress.
The win in Ranked Queue challenges is counted when ranking 1st in Solo, and when the result is a team win in Squad.
Additionally, some events will award Trophies, which can be used in the same manner as Trophies earned from Challenges.
Once earned from a Challenge, Trophies will automatically be sent to your Garage.
The number of Challenges completed in a week will also give a Clear Reward.
Racing Pass Rewards can be purchased from the Racing Pass menu by spending the Trophies you've earned.
Some Racing Pass rewards require you to obtain a certain number of total Trophies during the current Racing Pass before you can purchase them.
If you spend Trophies on a reward, those Trophies will still count towards the amount needed to unlock the purchase of other rewards.
Some Racing Pass rewards can only be purchased by those who have purchased a Premium Racing Pass.
Trophies can also be spent on the Plus Boxes:
All Racers can spend 12 Trophies to purchase the Normal Plus Box once they have redeemed all non-Premium Racing Pass rewards, which contains a previous Normal Racing Pass reward or another item, including Deep Sea Brodi (Rare Character) and Steamshark (Rare Kart).
Racers with a Premium Racing Pass can also spend 12 Trophies to purchase the Premium Plus Box once they have redeemed all Racing Pass rewards, which contains a previous Premium Racing Pass reward or another item, including Burglar Vivi (Rare Character) and Dark Knight (Rare Kart).
If you receive a duplicate item from a Plus Box that does not stack, you will instead receive Mileage, which can be exchanged in the Item Shop for a selection of items.

All unused Trophies will expire at the end of the Racing Pass period.

As of 06:00 AM UTC on June 4, we have released a hotfix update to KartRider: Drift to address two issues.

Fix Details:
Fixed an issue where the EMP Wave could block items that were not intended to be blocked.
Fixed an issue where the Water Bomb or the Barricade item would drop in abnormal locations in certain sections of the track.
If the "Water Bomb Location" option is set as "Display" in settings, an abnormal location may be displayed on the mini-map. This will be fixed in a separate patch.
The Water Bomb and Barricade may still be affected in certain Singleplayer Challenges (ex. Blocky Battle 3), and this will be fixed in a separate patch.
