Reason behind JackSepticEye's takedown of his LP of Kill the Plumber
We would like to inform you of the news when JackSepticEye's video takedown of his Let's Play of Kill the Plumber. The takedown was made last week by Jim Kulakowski, the composer of the licensed audio we rightfully bought on Audio Jungle. Jim informed us about it last week. Jim and I were also in contact ever since the creation of Kill the Plumber for flash last year.
He also said he will take down our store page on Steam and Google Play even though we are not sure if he is capable of doing it. At least in Youtube he did this thing and we do not approve it and we are trying our best to tell Jim.
JackSepticEye's team also contacted us and we responded to them by telling them we are discussing to Jim about it.
JackSepticEye received a strike on Youtube and is not able to do certain things on his Youtube channel for the moment and we are deeply sorry this is happening. He also set the 2 other videos of Kill the Plumber to private at the moment.
I guess Nintendo is the least of our worries. We believe we have the license for readily made music sold as royalty free which can be instantly downloaded by anyone for minimum fee on AudioJungle. For small time developers it is a nice option to have when you can't afford hiring a composer. We've been doing this for more than 6 years and we never had any problem until now.
We are reaching out to everyone to inform that we the game developers, programmer, game designer and artist are not involved and do no endorse the takedown of the video of Kill the Plumber by JackSepticEye and neither Nintendo.
The fans enjoyed the video of JSE and are now pissed off at the takedown.

- text reminder on level 4 explaining that timer stars only when you move

Spoiler: click to see code https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1395466970752790&id=1379576299008524
PLUS Linux version is also in the works.
Minor update
We have changed the disclaimer message at the start, it was meant to be a joke to highlight the obvious similarity to another video game character who is in the same profession but we did not really mean we hate plumbers in real life. We admit it was a bad joke and we took it down as soon as somebody mentioned it. The title is only directed to the fictional character in the game who is depicted in the story as the bad guy.
We have also added a reminder that Option from the titlescreen can be accessed with T on keyboard and Select on gamepad.
Another reminder is added at level 4 to tell the players that the timer to get 3 stars only starts the moment when you move.
Those 3 and some improvements and optimizations.
Thank you and have a great day.
