As summer is drawing to an end our team is hard at work on a soon to be announced second expansion pack, meanwhile - we thought it`s time to release another patch addressing most of the common issues reported by our players. Today`s patch fixes majority of known exploits and core gameplay issues, as well as introduces another new awesome unit - Dragon`s Breath. We also rebalanced all buildings costs and some other unit stats. Our next patch scheduled for the end of August will finally include the long-awaited Pathfinding - once again we would like to apologize for the delay - but we want to do it right. And be sure to check back next week for a full announcement on our second free expansion pack - to be released early this Fall.

Welcome to the Steam summer sale! With DoF: Kingdom Wars on 50% sale for the next 11 days - this is the best deal we ever had on the game! On another note we're happy to announce the release of the second part of our Siegeworks expansion. The patch is live now, however…. Unfortunately, we found a few last minute bugs which have delayed pathfinding and a couple of the new units, but rather than delaying everything until they are ready, we thought we would patch in those things that are ready. So, what do you get in this patch? This patch expands on the Alliance features, allowing Alliance Leaders to assign roles and make some minor changes, as well as introducing the Alliance Bank - a repository for Crowns that members can add to and that Alliance Leaders and Treasurers can use to send Crowns to members.
Some balance changes are included in the patch, addressing some imbalances that players have raised. Most importantly, this patch adds in four great new units - the Ruin Vine summoned by Enchanters to bring down walls, the Mantlet that shields your troops from incoming arrows, the Tosser that launches an array of deadly ammunition and the Grinder which slices into enemy units, grinding them into a bloody mess. We are sure you will have fun with these new features and units while we continue to work on pathfinding and the remaining units. Stay tune for updates next week.

To celebrate 4th of July as well as our company`s 1 year anniversary of our company's found freedom we are transforming the game world with some Independence day goodness - including massive fireworks display in the main menu. Also not many players might know this, both once upon a time Reverie World Studios actually had a publisher, who helped build the original Dawn of Fantasy title and release it to the world. And what a stellar bug-free release that was... yeah... After finally getting our IndYpendence and game rights back from that publisher - and non-stop hours for countless months with only a Dedicated small team of 5, after that - we are finally happy with the game we have now.
But we are not done yet o no, we have many more free expansions planned as well as more exciting features.. What about the next major patch well, we are just doing final testing to make sure its perfect, sorry it`s taking longer ETA sometime in the next 24 hours, could be this evening, could be tomorrow... And to do our part in the celebration we will be handing out Haunter and Ice Dragons here and Facebook, on top of the welcome basket of free bonus content, so if you were thinking of inviting a friend - don`t miss this Exciting update.
