We’re now vibing with these summer good mood that Koa and Napopo are bringing to everybody - can’t help it!
Just 1 week left to launch Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara (July 27th) and we can confirm everything will be ready to enjoy this summer game adventure (hopefully your new favourite one) from the very first minute.
But, what can we expect from this special day? We’ll, many things! We don’t want to spoil so much until the big day, but can confirm that a 15% launch discount during the first week from the launch will happen!
Wishlist the game if you haven't yet and join Koa and Napopo in their next adventure across Mara.
Meet the cast (again?)
In case you didn’t play Summer in Mara or didn’t know yet some of the characters you’ll find in this new adventure, here are a quick view to get familiar and know what to…expect from them!
THE KIDS Koa, Napopo, Mayo, Sandee are our troop of rowdy kids in search of pirate trials. Talk to them from time to time to race against them and get new outfits for Koa.
QÄLIS Although many tourists now come for its beauty and gastronomy, you will find familiar faces who will lend a hand (and you can help them too) in your new adventures. The wise Saimi will help you decipher the map pieces, Akaji will forge the level medals and Noho and Caleb will be as always in the middle of everything. But there's more!
THE PIRATES Do you know when a pirate is really dangerous? When he gets bored! And this gang is always up to something, but this time they're up to no good! They're not as bad as they look, so be nice to them.
We’re working on some ‘guide type’ posts that we’ll pin in the forum as a FAQ for you to have a better experience with the game. Feel free to leave some questions below this post to add them to this - make it together! 🙂

Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara release date announcement
Hello y'all!
After an amazing and successful Kickstarter campaign we're so happy to announce the next step in our journey with this game: Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara launches July 27! 🌴
We are preparing everything to put the cherry on top of this development and the beginning of an exciting new adventure for many of you, so there is one last surprise!
Next week the Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara demo will be available for everyone from Monday 19 to Sunday 25. If you like it, feel free to add it to your wishlist to show your support.
Also, the physical editions (both Standard and Collector's) will come in September 29th with our friends and publishers from Tesura Games - pre orders are now available!

The Kickstarter campaign starts today!
Today is the day!
The release of Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara is getting closer and we want to create something really exciting for all of you who are waiting for this day with as much excitement as we are, that's why its Kickstarter campaign starts today!
In this campaign, in addition to the game, you are going to be able to get special rewards such as the physical edition, collector or the Koa and Napopo figure!
Also, to celebrate the launch, we have a new trailer with cinematics that you are going to love. It introduces the friends (Mayo, Boho and Sandee) with whom Koa will share this thrilling adventure to recover the treasure stolen by the pirates.
And what about that aesthetic? It brings back memories of the best cartoon shows of our childhood. Take a look at it and tell us what you think!
This is our first 2023 update for Koa and the Five Pirates of Mara!
So there’s no better way to start than with some great news: a new Kickstarter adventure campaign comes on May 3st!
This campaign is going to be different from the ones we have done before and so far this year a new opportunity has arisen in Chibig: to create a universe of connected games supported with figures of our favorite friends: Mika and now also Koa.
This is easy to say, but not so easy to do, and we know that this will only be possible with the support of the Kickstarter community. Of course, the game in digital version will also be among the rewards!
