Being back in 2025, we are motivated to showcase our steady progress through the years for all our fans in PAX East. With the help of our Toge crews, who flew in from Indonesia, they were accompanied by our fantastic community volunteers from various parts of the United States.

As you are aware, we are currently developing and showcasing two titles from Toge Productions: Kriegsfront Tactics and Whisper Mountain Outbreak. We were thrilled to showcase our passion for Kriegsfront Tactics to veteran mecha tactic fans and newcomers to the genre. Knowing that we were well-received by many during PAX East, we are excited to showcase more content that will be announced soon this year.

Welcoming the year 2025, our latest Krieger news brings you a deep overview of Kriegsfront Tactics, where we showcase the main features, gameplay loop, and exclusive commentary.

Our game director and CEO of Toge Productions, Kris Antoni, explains the features, gameplay loop details, the squad system, and many more in the trailer.
The trailer also includes exclusive commentary from Toshiro Tsuchida, the creator of Front Mission. We're incredibly honored by his support for Kriegsfront Tactics—his work has been one of the major sources of inspiration for our project.
Kriegsfront Tactics took place in an alternate 1970s Southeast Asia, where you, as the commander, must survive behind enemy lines. If you're a classic tactical mecha combat fan, you will be familiar with all the features we bring to the title.
The war-torn jungles of Nusanesia are your playground. Manage your squad, plan out your survival, and decide when to fight or flee. The more battles you fight, the harder it is for your squad to survive and maintain their Krieger mechs.

Recruiting more pilots around the world by visiting multiple gaming events with Kriegsfront Tactics!
Closing out 2024 marks the second year we announced Kriegsfront Tactics on Steam. This year in July, we also launched the vertical slice prologue (with more features coming soon!).It’s been an incredible journey reaching this point, creating a passion project as a spiritual successor to the classics. To share our passion to eager pilots, we did a visit to multiple gaming conventions where we showcased the latest build of Kriegsfront Tactics - Prologue, which also available to play for free on Steam.
We attended Level Up KL from October 1-3 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. As one of Southeast Asia’s largest annual gaming events, Level Up KL showcases and nominates new and upcoming games. To our surprise, we received the Best Game Design Award for this year! Knowing our hard work has paid off, we’re more excited than ever to continue developing and bringing you the best of Kriegsfront Tactics!
PAX Aus 2024: Returning to PAX Aus, the second tactical showcase!
It’s been a while since Toge Productions last attended PAX Australia, but this year we had the chance to return. The event took place from October 11-13 at the Melbourne Convention Centre. This was our second time showcasing Kriegsfront Tactics at PAX Aus, the first being at PAX Aus 2022. The updated prologue demo created enthusiasm among both our veteran pilots and new recruits.

In a previous announcement, we showcased our visit to Gamescom Cologne. In addition, another Gamescom event, Gamescom Asia, took place at the Suntec Singapore Convention Center from October 17-20, 2024. Our booth was filled with eager new recruits excited to try out the prologue demo. Despite this being our first time at Gamescom Asia, we were amazed by the high euphoria and anticipation for Kriegsfront Tactics. The demo was well-received all day long during the event.

We've been working hard behind the scenes as we move into October. Unfortunately, we can't show you any teaser yet, but a new update announcement will be presented later. Please look forward to what we'll showcase soon once it's ready.
We also send our warm regards to our new pilots from the Tokyo Game Show and PAX West this year, where we received a fantastic reception. It has been incredible to see so many people anticipating and keeping Kriegsfront Tactics on their radar. We promise to deliver the best experience for our fans, with many more features to be added beyond what the Prologue currently covers. So, Pilots, please continue supporting us!
Presenting Kriegsfront Tactics at Tokyo Game Show 2024
We have a station covered for Kriegsfront Tactics during TGS 2024. Our crews stationed in Japan helped us showcase the booth. As a love letter to Front Mission fans, the attendees are eager to know when the next build and the game will be released. As you can see from the picture, we also brought a pair of Coffee Talk plushies. Who knows, we might meet some Coffee Talk fans.
Located in the indie area of TGS, we proudly showcase the game as an Indonesian indie studio.

During PAX West, there were a lot of people giving a vast impression of Kriegsfront Tactics. We will surely be back next year to showcase the latest update on the Prologue. It was a busy week for us during PAX West, and we need to note some critical feedback during the show. It's always different when you receive feedback online and directly from the players on-site at any event.

On August 21 - 25, we could showcase Kriegsfront Tactics at the Indie Arena Booth on Gamescom 2024. Thank you for visiting and supporting us!
This year on Gamescom, we have some of our upcoming games selected for Indie Arena Booth showcased from August 23-27 at Koelnmesse GmbH in Cologne, Germany. With the help of our representatives and volunteers, the booth receives a warm welcome from the attendees. We are deeply thankful to everyone who came to the booth and tried out the newest Prologue update of Kriegsfront Tactics.

The Booth was located at the Indie Arena Booth area, Hall 10.2, Booth S31 and S32.
The feedback was coming in on the first day of the event. People who were anticipating the game left some notes on the booth.

The Toge crews are also present to speak with you personally at the event, so please don't hesitate to talk with us. We are also bringing exclusive onsite merchandise for our eager fans looking for some goodies to bring home. No need to worry. We will also bring them to other events, such as the upcoming PAX Aus and PAX West.

Experience the opening story of Kriegsfront Tactics, where you can get 1-2 hours of gameplay. You are the commander of a squad of Kriegers in the ongoing conflict in the alternate 1970s Southeast Asia. On whose side you are fighting for? Survive the jungle battlefield with all you have while your morality is tested.

Explore with caution. Any encounter might be the last for your squad.
The prologue include tutorials to guide newcomers learn the basics. You also will encounter enemies that might be stronger than your squad, so be careful while exploring the depths of Nusanesia's jungle. Explore the depths of Nusanesia areas of mountains and forests by visiting different areas that can help your squad achieve your objectives.
Fend off your foes and get the spoils to upgrade your Krieger.
As a commander, help your squad resupply, repair, and change their Krieger parts. Always be cautious on every corner where you don't know what lurks within might be stronger than you think. Advance with caution and execute strategic decisions, ensuring your squad's survival to see another day.
Don't forget to change your loadout. In the end, Kriegers are expendable.
Their lives depend on your command, even when a simple operation goes not your way. No matter how big or small the importance is, keep your squad alive, even if their Krieg loses an arm or leg part. After all, Krieger mechs are expendable on the battlefield.

Kriegsfront Tactics - Dev Milestone Update - June 2024

We are happy to inform you that our combat demo was a great success. A lot of positive responses and feedback were received from players who have tried it online and/or during events. Thank you so much!

A Prologue Vertical Slice
Now that we've delivered the turn-based tactical mecha combat, we've been working hard to add the RPG experience into our Procedural Tactical RPG and package it into one cohesive experience.
When we say RPG, we're not just talking about the stats and leveling mechanics; we're also talking about the world, the characters, the story, and other narrative elements that make a role-playing game great. Our team has been working non-stop to tie in all the mechanics into a playable vertical slice, and after many months, that RPG vertical slice is now almost complete.
With that said, we are happy to announce that we'll be releasing this vertical slice as a prologue on Steam for FREE! It will be available for you to download on July 18, 2024.

The prologue doesn't have the procedural system implemented yet (that will be for another milestone update), but here are the things that you'll find in this RPG vertical slice:
Prologue Story
This vertical slice will serve as the prologue chapter, an opening introduction that kicks off the events that trigger the conflict in the full game.
Mecha Customization & Stats
You'll be able to customize your mechs and see how your pilots level up their skills. Not only that, you can change each mech's body parts and weapon load out, you can also customize their paint job and cosmetics.
Exploration
We've added a world exploration layer where you can roam around, discover new places, and encounter events that'll tell you a bit more about the characters and the world of Kriegsfront Tactics.
