Maintenance will happen during the following times:
1. Tournament System (Beta)
■ Period: June 7, 2023 After Maintenance - Permanent
With the opening of the new tournament system, the tournament will open daily at 13:00 (UTC+0). The pairings will be automatically made and the tournament will continue until a winner is singled out. The matches will be carried out as 2 vs 2 Deathmatch with a 10-minute timer. If 10 minutes have passed, the team with higher remaining HP will win. If both teams have the same remaining HP, the team that accumulated more damage dealt will win. Since this is up for beta testing, the system may be unstable.
■ Tournament Beta Test Time
Every day at 13:00 (UTC+0)
■ Tournament Process
1) Tournament Mission Card Entry
When it is time for the Tournament, an announcement will be made that the tournament is open.
Players can enter Tournament UI by pressing on the Mission UI (Hotkey: M) and going over to the Tournament Mission Card.
2) Register for Tournament
Player can press on the Register for Tournament button to participate in the tournament.
If the player has a friend they wish to play with, they can form a party to register. The player could also queue alone. Tournament Registration will be open for 15 minutes. Players may practice in the Training Ground or play other missions. However, players must be in Eltheca before the registration period is over.
3) Confirm Tournament Participation
When the registration period is over, the player will be asked if they really want to participate in the tournament. Press Participate to continue.
4) Bracket Stage
If you successfully participate in the tournament, you will receive a participation success message along with the bracket setup.
If you lack team members, you will be matched with a party member at similar skill levels.
5) Match Progress
After the brackets have been set up, matches will be in progress.
Winning will set up the next set of brackets.
The teams that finish faster will move onto the next match.
6) Winner Decided
When the winner of the tournament is decided, a server-wide announcement will be made to announce the winner of the tournament with the highest rank. The winner will have a trophy icon next to their rank to signify their victory. Trophy icon will be retained until a winner is decided for the next tournament.
2. MP Regeneration Buff Balance
■ Period: June 7, 2023 After Maintenance - Permanent
- MP Regeneration for 2 vs 2 Normal Matches will be increased by 50%.
- MP Regeneration for 1 vs 1 Normal Matches will be increased to 50% (Up from 20%).

1. Party Play Returns to Ranked Matches
Players whose Rating is within 300 points may queue Ranked Matches as a party. However, players who have not completed Ranked Placement cannot queue Ranked Matches as a party.
2. Login Event
1) A Login Event will take place during the event period.
※ Login days will reset on 00:00 (UTC+0) daily.
※ Login Event will only give reward once per account.
※ Login Rewards will be sent to the mailbox of the character that presses the [Receive] button.
※ Unclaimed rewards that are not received by pressing [Receive] after the event ends cannot be claimed.
※ Received rewards will be maintained in the mailbox for 14 days.
3. Daily Quest
1) Players may complete daily quests during the event period to acquire [Eltheca] Random Dye Cube.

Login Issue with Latest Steam Version (ver.1682538895)
Please update to the latest Steam client as of now to resolve Steam API Authentication issue.
There is an ongoing login issue with the latest Steam version (ver.1682538895) due to an error with the API Authentication.
Players who have downloaded and updated their client to the latest patch will encounter "Failed to verify account (ErrorCode: 285)" in their Login Screen, preventing them from logging in.
This issue is happening not only with KurtzPel, but across the entire Steam platform for games that use API Authentication.
We have noticed that Steam API Authorization will go through after a set period of time. For those who have already updated the Steam client, please leave the client on for 30 minutes or more before turning on KurtzPel.
We recommend players who have updated their Steam Client to attempt the abovementioned method and those who have not updated to wait until the latest version is stabilized.
We will continue to strive to minimize any inconvenience that may arise in our service.

Season Pass – Integrated Season 2
You can purchase the ‘Integrated Season 2 Pass’ until April 25, 2023 (Tue) 23:59 (UTC+0).
When the season ends, players can no longer complete challenges and level up their progress. Items that increase season levels can be kept and used for the next season pass.
Unclaimed rewards from Integrated Season 2 will be given to players at their first login when Integrated Season 3 begins and can only be claimed until the end of Integrated Season 3.
Make sure to claim unclaimed rewards before Integrated Season 3 ends.
Rank Soft Reset
The Player rank (rating) will go through a soft reset once Integrated Season 2 ends.
Player rank will be applied after completing the rank placement matches in Integrated Season 3.
Players possessing rank (rating) in Integrated Season 2 will have rank placement matches based on their rating in Integrated Season 2. After 5 rank placement matches, players will be placed in D~G Rank based on their match results. Rookie Chasers will retain their rank regardless of the set rules.
