New Server Feedback & Data Collection
Hey La Talians!
We've set up our new server, and since this is an entirely new setup, some of you may experience issues as we continue optimizing our network connection in the coming week.
On December 8, 7:50 PM OGP, we have completed one round of optimization, and are looking to improve it even further.
Therefore, we are gathering data with regard to our users' experience with the new server.
Please post in a reply below the following things after you have logged into the new server and tried it out:
- Character nickname:
- Your physical location or region:
- Your Internet Service Provider:
- Your internet bandwidth (in Mbps):
- Wired or wireless connection?:
- Subjective experience with the new server:
Furthermore, we would like to ask our users who are having issues with the new server to send us a Help Desk ticket for one-on-one support and for more technical data collection.
