We’re glad to announce that Laser League: World Arena will be officially launching, for free, on December the 8 th 18:00 PST.
Come and try our 4 game modes, 6 different classes and 7 international stadiums! But that’s not all, enjoy a multitude of new character customization options, private matches and more!
Inside the Arena, you will cooperate with other players to eliminate opponents, compete for powerups and seize laser nodes to prove yourself as the Laser League champion of 2150. Come test your tactical mind and quick reflexes in our new and improved arena.

Open beta release date for Laser League: World Arena ！
The free, new and improved Laser League: World Arena open beta will run from August 6th, 02:00 a.m. UTC to August 10th, 02:00 a.m. UTC. For further information regarding exclusive beta rewards, the new currency in Laser League: World Arena and the extent of the open beta, keep reading!
Firstly, a few features will remain locked during the beta, these features include:
-1v1 online matchmaking
-“Cash purchase route”
Important to note is that all progress (excluding the beta rewards that are listed below) will be reset after the beta has ended.
Secondly the beta will introduce two new currencies into the game, Laser Coins and Platinum coins. Every account in the beta will start with 3000 Laser Coins and 500 Platinum coins.
Thirdly, during the beta, Players who participate test will automatically receive following gift at 00:00 UTC, beginning on August 7th.
Test day2: Upgrade Pack. This upgrade pack includes all the maps, stadiums, classes and game modes available.
Test day3: 1000 Platinum Coins
Test day4: 500 Platinum Coins+ the existing DLC (New Motion Pack) and the upcoming TuLou DLC.
If you meet the following conditions, you will receive a permanent exclusive bonus when Laser League: World Arena officially launches. Here is the detail:
Login: Exclusive Beta character kit
- If the player reaches level 5 they will receive beta exclusive emotes.
- If the player reaches level 10 they will receive 500 Platinum coins.
- And if the player reaches level 15 they will receive a beta exclusive weapon skin.

Today I would like to announce a good news. From now on, you can sign up by clicking 'Request Access' under the page of " Laser League: World Arena".
Test places are limited, first come first!
This Open Beta is an open test which is free of charge and the files will be deleted. We will provide rich bonus to the players participating in the test every day. And we will gradually open more paid content, so that you can get a better test experience.
At the same time, we have prepared beta tester exclusive rewards for you! These rewards will be released to your account when the game officially launched, and will remain in your account forever! It`s too good an opportunity to miss.

We're glad to announce that, from now on, CE-Asia will officially take over the development and operation of Laser League! As a veteran video game publisher and operator, we have always been passionate about video games and are committed to delivering joy to every one of our users. We sincerely hope that all players can get the smoothest and most joyful competitive gaming experience in Laser League.
Therefore, we will update the game to "Laser League: World Arena" and convert it to a Free to Play model. We will also unlock the game on Steam globally. Thus more players will be able to compete in this high-speed competitive game.
After Laser League: World Arena launches for free, the following content will be provided to all players:
-Online modes: 2v2 and 3v3 mode;
-Local maps: Empire Campus Stadium, and other 6 maps can be purchased by accumulating in-game currency through play;
-Classes: You can choose one of Shock and Ghost as the initial class, and the remaining 5 classes can be purchased by accumulating in-game currency through play;
-Ability Perks: All Ability Perks will be gradually unlocked as the Mastery Rank increases;
-Customize items: Some of items can be purchased by accumulating in-game currency through play.
After adopting F2P model, the game will also have paid content to support our subsequent development. The paid content includes Upgrade Pack, DLC Pack and in-game purchase items that won't affect gameplay balance. The specific content is as follows:
-Upgrade Pack:
Directly unlock all maps and classes without spending in-game currency purchases;
Unlock Private matches, Local cooperation, 1v1 Duel mode;
-DLC Pack: New Motion DLC, FuJian TuLou DLC;
-In-game purchase items: various types of customized items, boost items.
The above content will be launched simultaneously with the free launch of Laser League: World Arena. We have also prepared more follow-up content, and the specific information will be shared with you in the future.

We have news that will impact the forthcoming Laser League experience on Steam.
Global publisher CE-Asia will be taking over the development to transition the Steam game into a Free-to-Play experience that offers the same core gameplay experience while adds new content as well as brand new progression and competitive elements.
Previous Steam owners will receive a welcome pack consisting on an Upgrade Pack + limited kit & weapon skin + 1000 Platinum coins, Also, CE-Asia will offer the opportunity to join a game beta to test the new experience.
We look forward to LASER LEAGUE – WORLD ARENA as a way of enhancing the competition and reaching a wider player base.

o What novelties does LLWA offer?
LLWA will be a F2P game, it will include new additions such as new modes, stadium, maps, type of customization, new classes, etc. You can expect other future updates.
o What does the Welcome pack contain, and how do I claim it?
The Welcome Pack will contain Upgrade Pack, limited kit & weapon skin, and 1000 Platinum coins. The players who own Laser League before the transition will automatically receive the pack when LLWA launches.
o Will I lose my progression?
Yes, LLWA will reboot the competition and all players will start at the same level.
o Will I be able to still play the previous version of the game?
The game update will overwrite the previous version.
