Hotfixes 0.7.0.1:

  • Base Life and Base Morale of Tier 2 heroes have been increased by 20%. More balancing will come in the upcoming update.
  • Japanese translation has been updated for some texts that needed to be improved.
  • Twitch feature taking viewers name for monsters will now include moderators.
  • Fixed the Dark Magus level 5 upgrade that was decreasing the number of stacks applied by attacks instead of increasing them.
  • Fixed an issue causing the game to hang if there were 2 Jubokkos in a group when a Wizard was using his swapping skill.
  • Fixed an issue where the Shaman elite passive was not removing Penalties as intended when using the healing skill.
  • Fixed an issue where the second Champion class icon was still displayed when hovering monsters or normal heroes after hovering a Champion.
  • Fixed an issue where the Enraged effect was not displayed correctly in the Orc Sorcerer’s Cain’s Revenge attack description.
  • Fixed an issue with the Enchantress’ talent increasing the number of stacks applied by the Magical Brambles spell which had the wrong Penalty displayed in its description.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Slaveholder’s talent giving bonus damage on targets affected by bleeding to also apply to monsters.
  • Fixed several issues that could result in soft hang during dungeons.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a new run to start without any monsters or traps if the game was closed with Alt + F4 at a specific timing.
  • Fixed an issue preventing effects tooltips from Seminar and Sanctuary from being displayed correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where gold displayed in plunders results were not including Magic Purse’s artefact bonuses or game difficulty settings correctly.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the Huntress Champion passive to apply the Enraged effect correctly when she kills a monster.
  • Fixed an issue when clicking on the previous button when the previous rooms were not including monsters or traps rooms.
  • Fixed an issue with master spells that were still displaying damage preview on heroes even if they had the Immune to Masters spells passive.

Early Access Update: 0.7.0 patch notes + 0.7.0.1 Hotfixes



Features:

  • Twitch features! You can now play while interacting with your viewers in game!
  • The Enchantress Master can now be unlocked by reaching level 10 with the Slaveholder on the full version.
  • 2 new Champions: the Huntress and the Archmage! Available on the full version only.
  • New monster: the Vampire! Available through the Slaveholder’s talent tree only.
  • 4 new languages available: Japanese, Korean, Turkish and Czech!


Improvements:

  • Many optimization improvements have been made.
  • Visual quality settings have been set to Medium by default.
  • Cyclop’s outfits have been made more monstrous =)
  • Heroes now have a different flee and die sound depending on their gender.
  • Added a new tutorial after the first dungeon for the first game on a new save to show where to manage monsters and traps and to explain how Motivation works.
  • All tutorials are now shown only if the player launched the dungeon tutorial when creating a new save.
  • Tooltips have been added on stats displayed in fighters details tooltips.
  • Masters now have an XP curve for leveling.
  • Added a few more parameters for scoring. Slight adjustments have been made to the existing ones.
  • The end of run is now triggered at the end of the last dungeon instead of going back to the Schedule scene before.
  • Tutorial texts have been updated, as well as the voice over.
  • Master’s details tooltip is now shown in dungeon when hovering the master’s room.
  • New animation for monsters transformed in Treants by the Enchanted Seed effect.


Balancing:

  • Monsters max level has been increased from 4 to 5.
  • Traps max level has been increased from 3 to 4.
  • Lots of changes have been made to monsters and traps upgrades accordingly.
  • Masters’ base Life and Regeneration have been increased by 25%.
  • Added a talent in the Slaveholder’s talent tree that replaces the Goblin in the fixed starting monsters by a Vampire.
  • Orc Sorcerer’s Cain’s Revenge attack can no longer transform monsters into a Skeleton Lord.
  • Lots of changes have been made to heroes balance. The most notable one being Champions receiving a 50% base Life and base Morale increase.
  • Base Life and Life per level of the Skeleton Warrior’s hero version have been halved.
  • Frost Burn effect damage per turn has been increased from 12 to 15 to be on par with the Burn effect. Default duration has been reduced from 4 to 3 accordingly.
  • Damage reduction of the Tiredness effect has been capped to 70%.
  • Plunders and Trip missions have been balanced and are now including Motivation loss as well.
  • Hero’s passive granting an immunity to the first attack suffered is no longer triggered on monsters’ passives like the Gargoyle’s one.
  • New dungeons repartition during tasks generation.


Bugs fixing:

  • Fixed an issue with heroes’ and master’s stats not rounded correctly with Custom Mode parameters.
  • Fixed an issue where heroes resurrected as Skeleton Warriors by the Necromancer champion could be resurrected again.
  • Fixed an issue with the Mortar and the Circular Saw traps that could skip an additional room after triggering and eventually soft lock the game.
  • Fixed an issue causing master’s Life bonus from rewards and the Gym event to increase Life by an incorrect amount and healing the master more than intended.
  • Fixed an issue causing unwanted behaviors when launching the first game on a new save that could lead to major issues and soft locks.
  • Fixed an issue where the Game Mode tab couldn’t be clicked during a game on the master info panel.
  • Fixed an issue where some plunders giving motivation were not working correctly.
  • Fixed the John Doe champions issue.
  • Fixed an issue with Seminar, Sanctuary and Gym tooltips that were incorrectly overlapped by some other interface.
  • Fixed several issues where texts displayed were not updated when changing languages.
  • Fixed an issue where the talent tree in the master selection details could be displayed incorrectly after specific manipulations.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause monsters to be duplicated after a Trip Mission or a Plunder involving Motivation loss.
  • Fixed an issue where Naga’s attacks animations were inverted.
  • Fixed an issue with drag & drop in inventory when using the mouse wheel.

Twitch Features



We are also showcasing how Twitch features work in Legend of Keepers. It can be a bit troubling and we’re still working out how to improve the system.
Basically, you have to enable it in Custom Mode, then have 3 integrations for now:

  • People can vote on sending you difficult or easy heroes
  • People can send you buffs or debuffs for your current fight
  • Monsters will get viewers names

The first world you'll discover is Damballa’s Chamber. A voodoo spirit of fertility and goodness, Damballa is the guardian of occult knowledge.

We now manage 5 upcoming games you can find on our Publisher Page [link]. We try to support every game the same. We’re dedicated to produce them with a fair consideration to team situations. We give them all the best chance of success!

Noticeably, we’ve added a few months of production to A Long Way Down to increase quality. Snowtopia is on a good track to be a great game that gets regular updates. Iris And The Giant gets a Unity port to improve future plans. Legend of Keepers reached a 95% positive review and Top 4 free games on Steam for October.

  • Training and upgrading costs has been increased at the Trainer and Engineer.

  • The employees and traps panel can now be opened during tasks to check things around (nothing can be moved or swapped though).

  • Employees that were not in the active team before becoming locked are no longer put back in the active team when being available again if the active team is not full.
  • Save slots are now beautiful and ergonomic.
  • Save slots can now be named before being created.
  • Players can now navigate between save slots, master selection and talent tree panel before starting a run.
  • Players will now get experience on their master after ending or losing a run. Leveling up grants 1 talent point.
  • Moral dealt by Demoralised is now scaling with the number of stacks. Base moral damage has been reduced accordingly.
  • Hero’s passive reducing the number of stacks of Penalties applied is now limited to a minimum of 1 stack applied (no longer immune to Stun (1)).
  • Boarman’s Stunner attack has been changed to 50% to apply Stun (1) instead of 100%. Damage dealt by the attack has been increased accordingly.
  • LOTS of balancing on master, monsters, traps, heroes and tasks (attributes, attacks, price, passives, etc.).
  • Enraged effect now also increases Moral damage dealt.
  • New environment rooms for dungeons.
  • Credits have been added in the Main Menu.
  • New musics in the game.


Bugs fixing:

  • Fixed tooltips of traps or spells not showing effects applied correctly.
  • Fixed Multiaction effect tooltip description.
  • Fixed Armor and Resistances being able to go above 100%.
  • Fixed an issue preventing players to ignore an Artefact reward if they had already 5 artefacts at the end of a dungeon.
  • Fixed the back button on the saves panel.
  • Fixed animations on Slaveholder’s attacks that were inverted.
  • Fixed elements in the background that could still be hovered while in the tutorial or in the reward panel.
  • Fixed several issues with screen resolutions other than 16/9.


Hotfixes:

  • Fixed an issue preventing rare monsters to be added to the team or garrison when choosing them in rewards window.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the end of run window to show up and to make players gain experience correctly after completing a run.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the talent tree to show up before launching a run.
  • Fixed an issue where texts were passing behind monsters or traps in the rewards window.
  • Fixed an issue where colors of prices in seminar, sanctuary and gym tasks were not displaying correctly when not having enough resources to buy something.
  • Fixed Steam achievements not registering and leaderboard.
  • Fixed an issue with Russian and Chinese characters not showing correctly.
  • Fixed minor texts issues.

6. Update Blood & Tears

You shared with us two things that we could improve in Legend of Keepers:
-Everything is related to gold
-There’s no difference between killing and scaring a hero

Thanks to your feedback, we are pleased to introduce our new game mechanics. Now when you kill a hero, you get blood from him. And if you make him run away, you get his tears.

You will be able to use these two new resources in events, but also in some tasks. Here are the new tasks.

-Seminar: instead of paying for enraged effect, we will offer 3 possible seminars like in commercial department. You’ll pay with blood, tears and gold and get more varied bonuses.

-Fitness: in this event your dungeon master will be able to train, in exchange of blood and tears. This training will give him great improvements.

-Sanctuary: opposite of seminary, this place will allow you to make sacrifices with blood and tears to inflict heroes a penalty for the rest of the year.

We are still testing this new feature, that’s why your feedback is so important! Enjoy playing :)
